Regardless, I sent pictures and detailed instructions (also including pictures) on exactly what I wanted done to my yard. Time after time for over one year, this company fell short of my expectations. I wish I could say better, but I just cannot. I asked for one bougainvillea to be cut more like a tree and I supplied pictures, but that didn't get done - at all. They didn't even try. Another bougainvillea needed to be pulled, something I asked to be done, but there just seems to be a disconnect between the manager and the employees, either in skill or communication.
