Within a couple of hours of my inquiry, someone answered all my questions promptly, and we set up the appointment to clean all the windows in the house. On the day of the appointment, they gave me a courtesy call since they were arriving earlier than expected and did the job amazingly. They were quick and clean and left no streak on our windows. Hehe, pun intended. Seriously though, our windows are now super clean, and it was very affordable. James came with a younger guy to clean the windows, and they are phenomenal. Back in March (it is now June) we had this company come to powerwash our house and clean our windows. After they were finished working, the person mentioned to my wife that they had accidentally cracked one of the windows. That's understandable, as accidents happen. My wife told me about it when I got home. Also, our house was a HUGE mess after they finished the work. When cleaning the windows on the inside of the house they must have used some sort of compressed air gun which left dirt ALL OVER the floor. No effort was made to clean the dirt. They just left it on the floor (see pictures). I needed to vacuum for over an hour underneath all the windows on the inside of our house to clean up all the dirt that was just left on the floor. My wife made the mistake of paying them before reviewing their work. They got their check and didn't care about cleaning the mess they made and we had no leverage to get our window fixed since they were already paid. The next day I called up to find out if they had insurance to replace the broken window. I spoke with the individual who I believe owns the company and he told me they did and that he would get the window taken care of. I understand that insurance claims can sometimes take a while to be resolved, however, this was fairly straightforward. They admitted to breaking the window, so I thought it would take a few weeks at most. I called back about 2 weeks later for an update and did not get a response. I called multiple times and sent e-mails over the course of two weeks. Eventually it got to the point where I threatened to post about my experience on Yelp. Once I did that I started to get a response. The owner told me that their insurance would not cover the broken window, which is CRAZY to me. How would you have insurance for a window cleaning company but your insurance doesn't cover cracked windows? I'm fairly certain the owner was giving me a bunch of BS. He told me that he would take care of it himself. At that point I was fine with it as I assumed he would do as he said. It had been about a month since the window was cracked and I thought we were finally making progress. After he told me he would take care of it I did not hear back from him. I called, sent multiple e-mails, and no response. Eventually I had to threaten again and he said he was going to come by and take measurements of our window to get it replaced. I told him I needed to know the specific day he would be coming and that if he did not come on that day I would post a review about my whole experience. He ended up coming and taking measurements of the window. That was over 2 weeks ago. I have called multiple times and he does not answer or return my calls. At this point I do not believe he ever had any intention of fixing the cracked window. I think he is hoping I would get fed up and drop it. I WOULD NOT recommend using this company. The fact that they left a HUGE mess throughout our entire house and left without cleaning was one thing, but the fact that they cracked a window, promised to get it taken care of, and then blew off all my calls was absolutely ridiculous. If I could give zero starts I would. Do NOT use this company... We had a horrible experience as you can see. No call, no show. Sun State Window Cleaning was initially very responsive and provided a competitive quote for rain gutter cleaning. We scheduled the service for the following week. Appointment day comes and I receive a call a few minutes into the scheduled appointment window asking if we could reschedule due to staffing issues. I was understanding and we rescheduled the cleaning for 2 days later. Appointment time rolls around again and nothing happens. Nobody showed up. Nobody called or messaged me. James & his son came out this afternoon to clean our windows around 2:30pm, by 5:30 they were done. I was a bit skeptical that two guys could do a good job on a 4400sf house with 35 windows. Well I can tell these guys are amazing! All of our window were filthy due to several pools & etc being built around us and now they're perfect. All windows, screens & tracks are spotless. They were very respectful of our home and very clean.
