I feel like this company used to be great. I hate to leave a bad review, but maybe they can listen to comments and improve. I had a 2 story house and used to pay $175. That price went to $210 which I understand because everything has gone up. I recently moved to a smaller one story and now I was charged $235. I don't mind paying if it's excellent work, but my windows weren't wiped down. I asked the gentleman if he was going to dry the windows off and he said no, they will dry on their own. But then I said won't they dry with spots? and he said no, they will dry clear. Sure enough they dried with spots. My husband went and wiped them down after they left. read more

I have heard that Sparkle Window Cleaning is the best. I received a over the phone quote for 165.00 to 185.00. So I made my appointment. Before Paul started cleaning the windows he asked if I wanted another estimate. I said yes and I am glad I did. He doubled the original estimate. I needed my windows cleaned so I had them clean the outside windows. There are several windows that are still dirty. So disappointed. read more

We just had our windows cleaned (inside and out) by Sparkle Window Cleaners (yes, the day before it is supposed to rain) and I wanted to express how great these guys are!!! They did a fantastic job, repaired some of our torn screens (even installed a dog resistant screen on our slider screen because our dog tore the old one) and cleaned all of the mirrors in our house. They arrived on time and were very thorough being careful when removing screens and cleaning as they went from window to window. This was my service for 6 years and they USED to be excellent. I used to refer everyone I knew to them. NO LONGER! New crew shows up. Was NEVER told by owner (even though she called the night before to confirm) that they jacked up prices nearly 50%! REALLY? I also hired them to power wash, but was never told until 2 1/2 hours after he started that the price was a whopping $150 an HOUR!! Was having company so was stuck and had them finish. Not only was I disappointed in the fees but the guy washing the windows missed two and several of my screens (especially on sliders) were still filthy. EVERY window was left unlocked and some were not completely closed. Needless to say I will not use their services again. I am writing to let anyone know that I no longer will recommend this company. read more
