A repeat person was important to my wife. On their first visit for the deep cleaning the woman that came spent 7 hours here. When I went to pay I noticed all of our hardwood floors had dried soap streaks across them. I pointed this out and explained you shouldn't put soap on wood floors. She said she would go back over them. What she did was put plain water in her bucket but used the same mop which still had soap in it. I spent the next day trying to buff out the dried soap. There were places that were not dusted as well so we will move onto another service. No follow up email, no offer to fix issue. As indicated above soap was used before I noticed the floors and no prior discussion was had on how to clean them.
