We were worried we wouldn't make the 30 day deadline. Buddy was so responsive! He was quick to draw up a quote and we were well on our way. Buddy was professional and communicative throughout the entire process through email. Updates were timely. We booked him Tuesday and he completed the job by Friday the same week. Not only that but he was incredibly caring. We have two dogs and they were barking when they first arrived. Buddy took time to check with us to make sure our dogs were going to be ok during the process and that it was ok to proceed with the job. Thanks for a fantastic experience Buddy! I recommended you to my family and my friends!

While her daughter and I watched a kid's movie, they hustled and bustled to make my place shine! I am so impressed with the quality of her cleaning service! Apparently she has been cleaning places in NY for over seven years and just launched down here which is why she doesn't have many reviews. I think once word gets out that this very reasonably priced cleaning team does such an excellent job she will be getting more very soon.

When I had my deep cleaning, they accidentally cracked the glass cooktop on my stove. I am totally understanding that accidents happen. But I do expect if something like that does happen, for the company to take responsibility to make it right. I watched the woman who accidentally did it send pictures to her management. The first outreach we had after this was them sending the bill. They never mentioned the damage until we brought it up. It's been two weeks with my husband reaching out to get a repair started, all the while we have no working stove. They don't reach out proactively, we've heard essentially nothing l. And I fully expect they just stop answering because they have absolutely no intention of filing an insurance claim or paying for the damage they caused. Proceed with extreme caution.

However, the overall service quality did not meet expectations. An additional cleaner was brought in, and her comments about the scope of work and tipping were unprofessional. Several areas were also missed: the pool bathroom floor, the ceiling fan dusting, the front porch we had discussed, and the exterior side of the glass double doors. While some cleaning was completed satisfactorily, the lack of attention to detail resulted in a disappointing experience.
