Next, began to wonder, is this a good place to see an eye doctor and buy glasses? Yes, as the kindness continued in my eye exam. Did enjoy as well the option to return later For the eyeglasses portion. Remember now the best for me was to return. Next visit remember how well the staff tolerated me again. My discerning eyes See everything, maybe too much. Here's the good news, the optician looked at me, walked to the selection and picked the most beautiful pair of glasses. I asked her to pick something for me. By surprise picked her very first selection, great experience. Here's better news, working in public and charity have received not less than 100 compliments on these pair of glasses. Hmmm. Now that was unexpected. More good news, this time worked with a young man optician. Same great experience. Okay everyone in this company maybe well-trained to allow you a great experience. Thank You Dr. Schon Note: They have two locations, one on Cedar and one on Pilot Knob. Enjoy.

Minnesota Statute §144.292 addresses patients' rights to access their health records, including prescriptions. This entire interaction was unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional.

It is very inviting, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Well, if this was a hotel, it would be rated Forbes 5-Star. The level of customer service provided almost needs its own scale. Dr. Londa was very personable and did not rush me with all my questions. She has really assembled a great office and staff. Meaghan was also great. Very patient with my indecision of frame choice and was able to assist me in narrowing down frames I may like. In closing, there is a reason all of NorthStar Eye Care's reviews consist of 5-Stars. The only thing that could have made this appointment better would have been a pina colada, but then one's vision would get blurry and you may walk out of the office wearing a pair of pint glasses; rather than some fashionable frames.

And finally, my daughter who has worn contacts for years was not given a contact lens prescription during her last appointment. Now she needs to spend time out of her day to come back for another exam - No appology given. Used to love this place. Sadly it's gone down-hill rather fast. My family of 4 will not be returning.

I have enjoyed buying glasses here. When I've needed adjustments or repairs, which I have more than most, Cassandra has helped me with patience and skill. This year I would have been happy to give them my business, but when they didn't have the type of frames I was looking for, Cassandra suggested other opticians that might and even called some to check. That was above and beyond the call of any businessperson's duty; it reminds me of "Miracle on 34th Street." Though I took her advice and found the perfect frames elsewhere, the experience makes me all the more anxious to patronize Advanced Vision in the future.

The only thing I can say bad about them is that the intake form that I filled out online wasn't necessarily working well when it came to taking my insurance card. But other than that, the staff was wonderful and the whole overall look of the office was nice and immaculate.
