After 1 week of having the clubs, he did not like them so he went to return them for another set. The manager told him that if he can't hit with those clubs, then he" might as well quit golf and take up tennis instead" and gave him a hard time about returning the clubs despite the 90 day return policy. Rude. That was 6 years ago and we hadn't been back since. Fast forward to now. My dad spent $1750 on brand new Rocket Ball golf clubs. The set was supposed to include an adjustment wrench for the driver, but when he got home it wasn't there. So, he went back to the store to ask for it since it was supposed to be included. One of the employees was incredibly rude saying that my dad was just trying to con them out of money. He said paperwork would have to be filled out and that he would have to do a complete inventory of the store to see if there was possibly 1 extra wrench that "might have been his". He gave my dad a really hard time about it. The wrench is $40 on its own and my dad just spent $1750 on a set that was supposed to include it, but apparently this idiot employee thought my dad was trying to scam him. Anyways, my dad sees the guy who sold him the clubs and tells him the story and that saleman runs to the back, grabs a wrench, and apologizes for the hassle. The other employee was left stunned, still trying to fill out paperwork. While this store does have at least 1 good employee, the other employees are a bunch of idiots. Don't waste your time here.

I called the PGA TOUR Superstore/Tucson after the round and asked what the return policy was. I was told that since I had worn them, that I was out of luck, which didn't necessarily surprise me. I commented to the PGA employee that it was unfortunate that I was stuck with a $120 pair shoes, which were now of no value to me, and she laughed for a prolonged period of time. I was not at all amused with that, so I started to politely ask her what she thought was so funny, and she hung up on me. (In all fairness, I'm not sure she heard me asking that question, but she failed to even say goodbye.) You won't miss my business PGA TOUR Superstore. That was the first and will be the last time I step inside your store.

Not only was it cheaper at Big 5 but they were helpful and I was happy to support a local in-person business rather than Amazon or another online retailer. I think I got a better quality item at Big 5 for approximately 60% of what it cost through Amazon so I was very pleased! Not only did they have sporting goods stuff but also shoes, slippers, clothing, pool toys, and even some little plushie toys. I've become too accustomed to ordering stuff online but this was a nice reminder of the importance and convenience of having local brick & mortar stores too!

He asked me to trade in the Bar in question , gave me a 60 pct credit on original purchase price , I bought another used curl bar with a military Discount with the stops included. So a better bar , complete for Less net $$ than new collars on EBay. And I could make sure it all fit. He said he would deal with the other bar and figure out a way to make it right later on. For me, this was great service I Highly recommend coming here for used and new discounted sports equipment.

Sadly, they didn't really work out for him and I came today to return them. The customer service is so friendly and fast. And when we bought stuff a few days ago we had to we were helped quickly. I was in the store about 30 minutes this morning and nobody came up to ask me if I needed any help or if I had any questions. Been interested in getting some pants for my husband, but I just didn't see what I wanted on the display. The store was clean and I'd be willing to go back again. They have disc golf supplies and discs and that's pretty cool.

I paid for six lessons that expired after 6 months. When I wasn't able to attend a lesson I always communicated that I couldn't attend they were very accommodating. But I had some unfortunate family events that made my attendance not possible. ( I live an hour away) . On top of all that my air conditioner quit the night befor lesson . So I alerted the Tucson store and they made feel like they were doing me a favor to extend my lessons beyond 6 months , even though I already paid for the lessons.

In one month, my amazing instructor, Cody Rathbun, has completely transformed my swing and my game. I am actually having fun playing golf now. If you go into the building through the main entrance you will see it directly to your left. It is named after local bowling legend, Andy Clark, and run by his son, also named Andy. This is an excellent place to obtain all of your bowling needs. He sells balls, bags for your balls, shoes, accessories, and more. If you buy a ball from him, he will also drill finger holes for you free of charge. However if you bring your own undrilled ball, he charges $25 for it. Expect around a 20% markup here, since he charges the suggested retail price. For instance, I saw a pair of shoes on sale here for $60 that went for $45 - $50 online. It's totally worth the price, since the customer service here is great. I recently joined a bowling league at Lucky Strike, and I got a little lost determining what I needed to purchase. He helped me out, and suggested a few brands to try out. That said, I highly recommend visiting this place for all your bowling needs.
