We set up an appointment online and received a text message with a confirmation and information. JIm, the technician arrived on time. He took off his shoes when he came in. Jim was very friendly. He examined the fireplace and found that the bottom panel had been tack-welded previously and now the welds had failed. He drilled some holes into the panel and was able to pop-rivet the panel into place. Jim was also able to fix a loose connection between the fireplace and the wall switch. He also spread out the rock wool for a better looking My experience was better than I expected. I will definitely use Chimcare again.
