I contacted Vanity Exotics because they had the most competitively priced exotics on the market. I called the business and spoke to (Heather?) i could be wrong on the name, and told her my situation. I wanted to rent the white Lamborghini Aventador. She set me up, got all my information including my credit card info. She went over all of the policies and explained to me how the security deposit works. She told me her manager Cesar would be in touch with me in the next few days to confirm all of the details with the car and schedule my pick up. Days went by, closer and closer to my pick up date and i had still not heard from Cesar. I called Vanity exotics and expressed my concern that i had not been in contact with anyone about my rental and it was only a few days away.
The day before my scheduled pick up Cesar called me and informed me that the car i wanted to rent was involved in an accident a few days prior. I expressed concern that he should have reached out to me sooner so i could find a replacement. He told me he had another car (orange Aventador) that he would give me for the same price. I told him the mileage i wanted to drive in the car he told me he would have to contact his boss to confirm. After back and forth missed calls, Cesar never called me back. My pick up day came, and gone. With out hearing from anyone else from Vanity Exotics.
Customer service is not a priority for this business. I missed my plans because i was not given enough time to get a car and no one ever reached out to me to correct the situation.
i would not recommend renting a car from this company.
