I knew Hertz was bad, I just didn't know they have gotten THIS bad. For the car insurance companies out there, you shouldn't be subjecting your customers to this level of incompetence. Your contracted vendors are an extension of you and your reputation, and you can't get any worse than what I experienced today with Hertz. Enterprise saved the day after 3 hours of frustration.

He made the stress and anxiety of having to get a rental car easier, and he even educated me on Enterprise's car selling program. I'm so grateful to Lawrence and the team at the Enterprise in Palms for taking care of me.

Well, THIS IS A WONDERFUL REVIEW of my experience! My local Enterprise Car place is literally five blocks from my house and I have rented from them before without a hitch every time ! This past Saturday, my daughter and I picked up the car at the time now we had booked and met the wonderful Rob ( our birthday twin ) who was so helpful and so lovely! He was fantastic and the experience was fast, smooth and wonderful! Then, Lawrence, another fabulous employee checked us out ( going over all the car details) and made that experience easy peasy and we drove off so happy about the expeditious way everything was handled. Returning the car yesterday was again easy and I left smiling! I wanna give a big shout out to both Rob and Lawrence for being such wonderful people! Enterprise should be very happy to have such outstanding people representing their brand! So, this is my local community business and I know it's a big chain but I have to say this particular enterprise Rent-A-Car gets five stars and if I could give more I would ! So, I highly recommend!!!! TIP! TIP! : If you are not taking ( paying for) insurance for rental, MAKE sure you bring your own insurance card as proof that you have it. It's a new rule! And at this Enterprise, no cash only credit cards accepted!

I've seen a handful of reviews here and as with any business having once been a small business owner until CV19, you can't please everyone. That said I can say with confidence and most certainly gratitude if they see this that LaLa at Avis Culver City will always do all she can with this family owned business to give outstanding customer service as they have for me in the years I've lived here and used their services, as well as well maintained clean and current vehicles to choose from. The lady inside did nothing beyond saying it's store wide problem and no one is doing anything about it instead of taken responsibility for her location. Also I didn't see a retail food permit posted anywhere as they are selling bottle and canned water publicly. They have signs posted everywhere on fridge for drink prices as it seems they can't make money with car rentals.

The pickup never happened, and after multiple calls I was redirected to three different Enterprise locations before finding my car -- with no confirmation email ever sent for the original booking. I called my adjuster, and they had my booking confirmation. Suddenly, Enteprise did have my reservation. When I finally arrived at a location, I was told my reserved vehicle wasn't available. The only option offered was a downgrade to an SUV that wasn't my approved class and that I wasn't comfortable driving, despite a Tesla sitting on the lot marked "reserved" -- the same status my own confirmed reservation apparently had, and was not honored. The on-site manager was not helpful in resolving this. She kept interrupting me. I couldn't say a single word before I was hearing "can I speak. Can I speak" absolutely you can speak. Can I finish what im saying first? Mind you, THIS WAS A "MANAGER". One location callled me, explained that they always hear about problems at this enterprise and proposed solution was to send me home in a Lyft and follow up "another day," despite my active insurance claim requiring transportation immediately. This was an extremely frustrating experience involving lost reservations at three separate locations, no communication, and no accountability until I escalated repeatedly. I would not recommend relying on Enterprise for time-sensitive insurance rental needs.
