Long story short, my car was in the shop for repair. Along with my Tesla Insurance Car Rental coverage, I was steered to pick up a rental from Enterprise W Hollywood "MIKE" who gave me the run around AND NEVER CALLED ME BACK w rental car options and tried to cram a mini Van down my throat at the end which won't fit into my driveway. Pro Tip: If u have Rental Car Coverage, check you policy but most likely you have the choice to rent any car as u wish and from who ever, as long as you're willing to pay out of pocket for anything over your daily rental coverage rate to go thru reimbursement. Thank goodness I reached out to Justin and Juan. They were able to fix me up w an Audi and within my rental car daily allowance, so I could drive w dignity while my old car was in the shop. Everything went seamless from beginning to end with Black & White. I could not than them enough for helping me to alleviate a very stressful situation. We had a terrible experience with the  westwood location where we were running 40 mins late but called ahead to say we would be running late. When we arrived 40 mins after reservation,  the person there said he gave away our car, had none left, and there was nothing he could do. He had no solutions, was rude and just told us to leave. At the west hollywood location, they were in the same exact situation and just as busy but Christina was extremely polite and helpful. She said there were no cars but checked and called another location. She set us up with a car from a much larger location and even offered to have us driven (but we had a friend's car with us). She wrote the address down, gave us directions and could not have given us better service. Thank you so much

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should be aware of my experience…read more After submitting my reservation request, Falcon Car Rental called me and told me I was eligible to rent a Corvette C8. Based on that, I uploaded my driver's license and proof of insurance, completed the required paperwork, and paid the rental amount and then I later paid the remaining delivery fee. The company had approximately 55 days to review my documents. During that time, I was never told there was any issue with my insurance. I even called the company about three days before my reservation regarding my remaining payment, and no insurance problem was mentioned. Then, one day before my scheduled rental, I was informed that I could not rent the vehicle because I was not listed on my family's insurance policy. At that point, I had virtually no opportunity to correct the issue. The company refunded my delivery fee and about half of my rental payment but retained approximately 50% under its cancellation policy. My disappointment is not simply about the cancellation policy. My concern is that Falcon Car Rental had my documents for nearly two months, told me I was eligible, and waited until the day before my rental to notify me of an eligibility issue that prevented the rental from happening. If you're renting from this company, I recommend confirming every insurance requirement in writing as early as possible rather than assuming your documents have already been reviewed.
