DO NOT GO HERE!! Please do not go here. This lady tries…read morevery hard to rip people off. I knew that she was very expensive in the past and I went here only because my normal place in Salem was too far. I could not go there for just a couple quick thin sweaters. I normally make one trip there in the summer for everything. When I went in there two weeks ago, she told me that my very thin sweaters not thick sweaters would be around $8.35 a piece. I wrote that down on my receipt when I left so that I knew. I knew she was still expensive for these thin sweaters, but I was willing to pay at this one time. Unfortunately, when there's only one dry cleaners in the area they can do whatever they want. When I went back there this Wednesday, she tried to tell me that my price was $35.85. I was shocked!! I couldn't even believe that that's what I heard and I told her no that's not what you told me and I said look at my receipt. This is what you told me and I looked her in the eye. She continued to argue. She did not want to refund me. She kept arguing with me and then eventually said well I'll give you a $10 credit. How about that? And I said no I don't ever want to come back here again. After I told her I would report this to Visa and that I would dispute it because I knew this was wrong . She then refunded me and voided the sale and charged me the normal price. I have never had anyone try to do this. It is a smooth, gypsy move that I have never experienced. Telling someone, one price then doing a full switch and bait!! I'm imagining she does this to people all the time and catches them off guard. Most people are embarrassed and don't want to say anything. On top of this imagine paying almost $12 for a thin ladies sweater. I have all types of sweaters I have thin, medium and thick. This is about $7.50 in Salem, maybe closer to $8.00 in McMinville. Please do not go here find somewhere else there are other dry cleaners in McMinville and in Salem I drive in order not to be completely ripped off. I can still save money even with the gas. No wonder people can't pay rent, buy food or gas because the people like this.

What an incredible dry cleaners do not go anywhere else! I…read moredrive here from the coast and I absolutely love it. They had the best prices and they are the sweetest kindest people I've ever met. I hope they'll be here a long time and if they aren't, I hope their kids or family members will take over because this place is a jewel to find. I love the vintage feel it's old-fashioned, which is really cool. An old parking lot with big shady trees and inside beautiful kind people who will dry clean your clothes perfect. I've never seen my clothes so clean. I can't even believe it because the place I went to before was famous for cleaning clothes in an environmental way And then they closed down. I've gone through two dry cleaners that have closed down. Dry cleaners are extremely important and hard to find. Again, I drive from the coast I hope they're here 10 to 15 years because I'll keep coming back and bringing all my beautiful vintage clothing and coats which they clean so perfectly. They even found my bracelets and put them in a small pouch which I was so happy to find because some people would've stole them so they are very honest And they pack your clothes so carefully. The only thing I wish they didn't do is use as much paper on the hangers, but what can I do? I took all the paper off and recycled it and I'm keeping all the hangers and recycling and returning those as well to another dry cleaner nearby since it's kind of far for me. I don't regret the drive. I really love this place and I will be a good customer here for years and years to come.

There are moments in life when everything seems to hit at once, and this was one of those moments…read more My washing machine decided to quit, laundry was piling up at an alarming rate, my daughter was sick, I was getting sick, I have a dog and a cat who somehow contribute to the laundry situation despite not wearing clothes, and I was leaving for a work trip in just a couple of days. It was the perfect storm. When I called Brenda, she answered, and honestly, all I could muster was, "Hi! I need help." Without missing a beat, she completely understood the assignment. From that first conversation, Brenda was incredibly kind, understanding, and reassuring. At a time when I felt overwhelmed and was staring down what felt like a mountain of laundry, she made the entire process effortless. And the results? Absolutely amazing. When my laundry came back, everything was spotless, fresh, neatly folded, and organized better than I probably would have done myself. Every item looked and felt great. There is something deeply comforting about opening bags of clean laundry when you've been stressed, sick, and running out of time, and Brenda delivered exactly that. Beyond the quality of her work, what stood out most was her generosity and genuine care. She went above and beyond to help when I really needed it, and that level of customer service is rare these days. Brenda didn't just do my laundry. She rescued me from a laundry-induced meltdown. If you're drowning in laundry, short on time, dealing with life's inevitable chaos, or just want someone you can trust to do an outstanding job, I cannot recommend Brenda Bubble Laundry Service enough. My kid is ill and vomits daily, and of course the dang thing died when I had not done laundry for over a week. Plus we need clean clothes for another hospital thing next week. The laundromats in our town are sketchy. That is all I am going to say about that. We hopped on google and yelp and decided to try Waldport. We had a 5 star experience at this laundromat. It was clean, most of the machines were working, it was not too busy, and our clothes got clean and dried. There is no bathroom and there are no vending machines for pop or snacks which might contribute positively to the clean aspect. We brought our own quarters. $3 to wash, $1.50 to dry. One quarter got eaten. Could have been worse, right? We did hear that they are not always open when they are supposed to be. I guess we lucked out. This was my kid's first laundromat experience that he remembers ( I was still married for our last one so that was probably 15 years ago). He loved it and now wants to own a laundromat. Lol.
