He prefers to make a house visit so that you can see the colors and the fabrics in *your home* and in your home lighting so that you can make an educated decision. Mark will be honest and let you know the pros and cons of each kind of carpet in all price ranges. He wants you to be happy with your carpet for many, many years to come, not like at Home Depot or Lowes of which you will be needing to replace the carpet every few years and you will also have dark brown/black corners from dirt stains. We are extremely pleased with the carpet we decided on and his workers skillfully installed it. I highly recommend him! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. The installation was not done correctly. They did not stretch the carpet enough which resulted in ripples forming in 6 out of 8 rooms (see attached photos). We had an extremely busy couple of years so we didn't call for repair until just recently. But I can't get them on the phone, nor have they returned my calls (4 calls total). I did not ask for it to be restretched under warranty because it's my fault that we waited so long; in other words I did. It give them a reason to avoid my calls. I ended up using Tucson Carpet Repair for that and they did a great job; so far. 2. They assured us that the carpet we chose was perfect for a family of 5 with two dogs.
