I got a call the day of asking if I would move my appointment up, and I said I'd try and mentioned what I was hoping to get done. She told me on the phone that she doesn't offer microblading, she only does powder brows. But that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website or on the booking app. Or I wouldn't have booked it. So, instead of get a tattoo on my face that I'm unsure about, I decided to cancel. She then informed me that she would be keeping the deposit of $100. Now, look. I get that people have to make money. But, if your website is unclear and someone makes an appointment with a reasonable assumption about what services they'll be receiving based on the information provided there, then it feels a bit sketchy to keep the deposit. These ladies could be wonderful, but I'll never use any of their services now. It's just really bad customer service. Enjoy the $100 that I set aside to pamper myself after 15 months of breastfeeding as a new mom, Amy, because even if I do end up deciding to go with powder brows, I'm taking the rest of my money to my friend's artist in Pensacola.
