Do not recommend this place at ALL. Went for botox, blonde up front was rude and never greeted me,…read morethen handed me a clipboard and said fill this out. Then the young blonde girl walked me back to room and she was nice but not professional. She started talking to another girl in the hall about the previous patient and even stated her name for all to hear and how she didn't like the way the ladies skin looked. Making fun of her. The dr was nice, way better than his staff. Get to checkout and have to deal with the rude one again. She handed me the card machine and said put card in and that was it. Rude. At checkout the y'all dark headed girl was talking to the young blonde in hallway and starts talking about another patient for all to hear. I walked out knowing 2 patients names and decided everyone would probably know I was there and thats a hippa violation. I called a friend that referred me awhile back and she told me that she stopped going when she found out the nurse there isn't really a nurse. I do not recommend this place. Better bureau will get a call.

Please look elsewhere. My girlfriend had her breasts augmented months ago and today was her 6…read moremonth follow up. Her breast have "bottomed out" per the doctor. (They have both dropped dramatically) She is completely unhappy with her surgery. She is a healthy 28 year old with no medical conditions. She and I both understand that there are risks associated with cosmetic surgery but this is more than just a small imperfection. The doctor said for an ADDITIONAL $6000 he could go back and try and fix his botched job . Not only would we have to pay again, but one would have to be an idiot to trust the doctor to fix what he messed up to begin with. There was no resolution other than "sorry for your bad luck". Again, I beg you to look elsewhere. The quote below is taken DIRECTLY from his site where it he admits her problem could be from the original placement of the implant. " Bottoming Out This is a problem that can happen if one or both implants "bottom out" or drop too low. Sometimes this is a placement issue from the original surgery. To correct this, a different placement approach may be considered" From this are we believe that some other extenuating circumstance just happened to both implants? Or would any rational person surmise that they were incorrectly placed to begin with. Keep in mind that this is how they have been since just a few short weeks in. My post is meant to inform, there was NO attempt made to work out a deal or formulate a plan.... Simply handed her an estimate of $6000. PLEASE reconsider! It's easy to read reviews of people who had "good luck". WHAT REALLY matters is when things don't go as planned, how is that doctor going to work out a plan to reconcile or to fix what issues may arise. This Doctor will simply hand you an estimate and a "sorry about your luck" PLEASE RECONSIDER.

I've never had a worse experience with a doctor in my life. I was never able to get my very basic…read morequestions answered about surgical procedures he said were required for my eyesight and how they are conducted. Patients are expected to endure 3+ hours on a barrage of tests and sign up for surgery but God Forbid you ask the surgeon one question (and there is NO pre-op appt to do so). Dr. Bryant rushed me out the door and everyone I spoke with on the phone gave me a different answer. So, I made a 3 hour round trip one last time for an in-depth consultation. What a waste of time. He didn't answer a single one of my questions. Dr. Bryant was very condescending, unprofessional, and unethical in his defensive communication toward me. He needs to be investigated because God only knows how he treats his staff if this is how he treats his patients. Meanwhile, after each visit he has his scribes write that the patient has discussed things with the doctor in "great detail." This is a lie. Always trust your gut! As for the billing, this "puppy mill" operation is cashing in on their faulty systems by charging patients $75-$250 for cancellation and rescheduling fees. For example, if you get sick and call 2 days prior to reschedule your appt, expect to get hit with a $75 fee! Their portals are a mess and don't reflect accurate appts. You will not receive a timely reminder of your appt either. I've been waiting for over a month to hear back from a billing supervisor named Angela to correct an issue but she refuses to talk to me. Avoid this place at all costs.

I asked why and he looked me in the eyes and said, "Nothing I do is going to make him [my husband] happy." My husband had tried to take over my appointment and Dr. Baker was looking out for ME! I swore to Dr. Baker that the surgery is what *I* wanted. He relented and its been over 13 years since. Dr. Baker gave me new breasts, I found a new husband, and I gained a much more confident outlook on my life! He did such an amazing job, NO ONE CAN TELL I'VE HAD BREAST AUGMENTATION. Today, during a routine breast exam, my provider remarked on the beautiful scars (because you can hardly see them!) It made me think of Dr. Baker. I feel he truly cared about my mental health more than my body image. He was honestly going to elect to DENY my surgery than possibly provide a service that could have done me harm, mentally. He is the expert and I have never had any issues. Its been over a decade and I still remember how, after my surgery, Dr. Baker himself came to check on me and assured me that I could stay (in hospital) for as long as I needed before going home. His follow ups were just as kind. Thank you, Dr. Baker.
