She told me on the phone that she doesn't offer microblading, she only does powder brows. But that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website or on the booking app. Or I wouldn't have booked it. So, instead of get a tattoo on my face that I'm unsure about, I decided to cancel. She then informed me that she would be keeping the deposit of $100. Now, look. I get that people have to make money. But, if your website is unclear and someone makes an appointment with a reasonable assumption about what services they'll be receiving based on the information provided there, then it feels a bit sketchy to keep the deposit. These ladies could be wonderful, but I'll never use any of their services now. It's just really bad customer service. Enjoy the $100 that I set aside to pamper myself after 15 months of breastfeeding as a new mom, Amy, because even if I do end up deciding to go with powder brows, I'm taking the rest of my money to my friend's artist in Pensacola.
