I called to ask if I could ship it back and get a refund and I was told "we don't give refunds for damaged items." Seems a bit unreasonable when the shirt was obviously poor quality but definitely not priced that way. I'll admit the store is cute and has a lot of cute merchandise, but I wouldn't purchase another item.

I can tell a lot of time has been put in to filling this store with the latest trends, classic pieces and items that will flatter women of all shapes and sizes. They even had the cutest selection of baby and children's clothing that made me wish my kids were young again. Sigh... My husband accompanied me so I know he appreciated the sales rack! I got a few items from there that were just as cute as the regular priced outfit I got. I didn't have a lot of time but there were several shelves that had wonderfully scented soaps, jewelry, candles and more. Next time I am in Waco, I will make a stop to get some Christmas gifts for friends and family...and maybe a couple more for myself too. However, the reason this location is receiving a 3 star review is because their customer service skills are lacking and the employees are not the most pleasant to be around.
