Most of the time it's easy to get in same day, which is really nice. I've been to other reflexology massage places in town, they are a little higher priced, but IMO, you get what you pay for. Parking is really nice as they are in a strip mall, so no fighting for a spot downtown. You can request a specific person or specify male/female when booking. It's clean, quiet, and so relaxing! Worst Massage I've Ever Had - Save Your Money…read more I genuinely think this was the worst massage I've ever received. I walked in and was quoted $70 for a one-hour massage. The woman immediately asked me to pay upfront, which I already found unusual, but I went ahead anyway. I handed her a crisp $100 bill, and instead of handing me my $30 change, she placed it on the dresser next to her. I had to walk over and collect it myself while she watched. The massage started off terribly. She immediately began applying hard pressure without giving me any time to relax or ease into the massage. Within TWO MINUTES of starting, she turned on YouTube videos on her phone and proceeded to watch them throughout my massage. I could literally hear the videos playing through her headphones. I had specifically mentioned that my left shoulder was sore. Somehow, she spent practically the entire massage working on my right side, sometimes making little circles in the exact same spot for minutes while watching her videos. There was no technique, no attention to what I had requested, and absolutely no professionalism. She covered me in oil and didn't even bother wiping it off afterward. At one point, a coworker came to the door and spoke to her. She left the room for approximately three minutes, returned, and immediately announced that my massage was over. But the best part was still to come. As I was walking out, she asked, "What about a $10 tip?" I actually laughed and asked, "Tip? For what? You said the massage was $70. That's a good price for what you did." She then explained that the $70 was for her boss. I looked at her and said, "No tip," and walked out. I have no idea whether this woman is actually a licensed massage therapist, but based on my experience, I seriously question the level of training and professionalism at this establishment. $70 to listen to someone watch YouTube while rubbing oil on me. Never again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This was my first time at the particular foot rub/massage place and it was rather interesting…read more Honestly, I would give them four stars, but there were a couple uncomfortable things for me. $40 gets you a great hour long foot rub which was incredibly relaxing, granted it was somebody else next to me. And while my feet were soaking, my knees were bent as I laid down on a bed. This is my own preference, but I have bad knees, so bending my knees for a good 20 minutes while they were soaking in the relaxing water And therapeutic bubbles for my feet on my knees. One could not tell they were with other people in the same room because you wore a mask that was beautifully scented and very relaxing. I close my eyes even though I had a mask on but I could still randomly hear other people. Lol like I said for 40 bucks you can't really beat the price, but there were some parts that were a bit uncomfortable. The massage was adequate for my feet and neck and back, but I did have a knot in my shoulder on the left side, but the lady didn't really get the knot out. So I went to my acupuncturist instead. When I saw my acupuncturist at Gen Acupuncture in Sunnyvale California, she was able to get the knot out of my back/shoulder area. I digress, for Petaluma, and 40 bucks cash. Perhaps next time I'll get a full body massage and get a private room so I can fully lay down and just bring more cash with me next time. They charged more for credit card use so I was lucky I had cash on me at the time. Yet, This can't be beat, but because I'm picky I think I'll just stick to a pedicure and my acupuncturist for help in Sunnyvale. My pedicurist is in Campbell, California at Thao's Organic Nails.
