I leave feeling physically healed every time. I remember my first visit....my back and neck must have cracked 100 times lol. All that deep tissue stress gone. Every visit has been the same quality massage whether morning or end of day. She is one of the best in Sonoma county. If you appreciate deep tissue then look no more. Back walk is the best. Her english is just fine so the review mentioning that are silly. Lastly, she NEVER presses for more tip as mentioned in another review. Always kind and respectful. This is not a restaurant, tip appropriately. This is hard strenuous work. FIVE STAR ***** Kind, Respectful, Professional

I came out completely satisfied and feeling very refreshed! They have many available services and add-ons for you to select from. I opted for an Eminence Signature Facial/Illuminating Facial, with scalp treatment and lip masque. Alexis, the esthetician, was pleasant, kind, and even very engaging to work with! She recommended facial products from Eminence Organic Skin Care based on my skin type, and I've been using their products for several weeks. The experience itself was very rejuvenating. There was a refreshing facial steamer that was running, while Alexis softly and smoothly massaged my face with amazing products. Everything smelled heavenly. Not only was the facial experience great, but also the entire facility and hallway was spotless. The lighting felt so relaxing, and everything was very cleanly. No concerns at all. They also have a tranquility room with snacks, beverages, a television, and comfortable seating. I even observed what seemed to be an indoor jacuzzi (though I did not try it out). All-in-all, I highly recommend the Spa & Salon at Graton Resort & Casino. Decently priced. Front desk was very kind and promptly served my needs. Alexis was great to work with, and she kept me entirely at ease throughout the entire experience. Thanks!

The place had all the cheesy entrance "decorations" i.e. Fake flowers, happy Buddha etc. The treatment table had a rolled up towel and a hand towel over the pillow. The ,what seemed like a ' generous ' 1/4 inch cheep foam, gave the platform a feel of concrete covered by newspaper. I convinced the Chinese speaking woman that I needed a deep tissue, one hour treatment, and not a half hour hurry-up job. She finally said, " ok, no problem". As far as massage techniques , she had absolutely no clue. After 10 minutes, she asked if I like Chines women for sex. I said "haven't thought about that". Then she bluntly said," how much you pay?" And she said "two hundred twenty five". I said, " I came here because you told me on the phone you do deep tissue". And that made her laugh loudly. Then at 38 minutes, she said " ok, finished" and that she expected a tip !! She left the room and I started to get dressed. What also got me was she re-rolled up the same towel I had used and placed it on top of the only towel that partly covered the "concrete slab" !! Major YUK !!! Take it from someone who knows the ropes, DON'T GO THERE !
