She guaranteed she would honor her quote, even if it meant it cutting into her commission. Ashley was able to broker a no cost refinance (broker pays all fees) at a lower interest rate than our current mortgage, and did not try to up-sell us on paying down rates, etc (when I asked her, she said she wouldn't recommend it to her own family members due to the current mortgage/rate climate, and therefore she wouldn't recommend it to me).
