Leigh was referred to my husband and I from our real estate agent and we've now worked with her on both of our home purchases! She's incredibly knowledgable, responsive, and a joy to communicate with across all of the moving pieces from pre-approval letters to finding the best rates and closing early through escrow. We appreciate how quick she is to reply to questions throughout the process via text, phone call, or email. This was especially convenient since we had a shortened escrow and needed to be in constant communication! Both times I had many questions and Leigh would walk me through everything I wanted clarity on. Would highly recommend working with Leigh. One of my best friends has already taken our recommendation and they worked with Leigh when they bought a home in the high desert! read more

It was a pleasure to work with Leigh in our first home buying experience! She took the time to walk through the mortgage process, and went above and beyond to communicate to the seller's agent that we were strong candidates with a reliable offer. She's quick to provide updated information, even with so many moving parts, and was motivated to help us close on our home. I rarely got to ask a question or reach out, as Leigh was proactive and covered most bases before I even got to ask! I would highly recommend. read more

Just closed on a house with mortgage lending from Leigh at en extremely competitive interest rate. She is the best! most diligent, trustworthy and lightning fast at document processing, approving and responding. She helped us close escrow within less than quoted duration while being extremely careful at reviewing the paperwork and processing. Leigh also has a very responsive team - Melissa and Andy - who help her move fast and efficient. Extremely satisfied with her service and I would totally recommend anyone looking for a mortgage. read more

Leigh is the preferred lender of my real estate team at Kina De Santis Group and I understand why. She is highly professional, courteous, and kind. Leigh ensured I understood what we were discussing and felt comfortable with what was being shared. She was quick to get things processed during times when my agent and I had put in an offer and was equally quick when my offer was accepted. She made sure things were smooth. During a crazy market, she was able to get me a great mortgage rate that was lower than she had originally locked and shopped me in for. Even after the close of escrow, she was responding to my questions. She's highly communicative and responsive- she'll check in with you throughout the process. If you're looking for an excellent loan officer, Leigh is who you're looking for! I highly suggest her and will definitely recommend her to friends, family members, and colleagues who are looking to buy a home. read more

Leigh and her team are so amazing. This was mine and my partners first home purchase. We were so nervous and unsure how to get started or what to think. Leigh walked us thru every step and was so informative. Definitely recommend working with her and her preferred realtors because it makes the process so much more seamless. It's also nice to have your team be able to go back and forth easily when it's for important paperwork. I can't recommend her enough and her team. I highly recommend her for first time homebuyers since she's so knowledgeable and really walks you thru everything. We even did our own home insurance shopping but her preferred insurance was still a better price. So she really is your one stop shop for all things home related. Call Leigh for your home buying and lender needs. You won't be disappointed and she's so responsive. She will answer your calls and text very quickly. read more

We worked with Leigh on our mortgage application and have been shopping with her for months now. In this competitive market, Leigh has remained extremely available and supportive. Her reassuring attitude and hard work make the experience so positive. She also built the entire application for us. We only had to send in the documents. While other lenders make you do a ton of this work by yourself, Leigh's service was completely turnkey. Strongly recommended for any of your refinancing or new purchase mortgage needs. read more

Leigh was referred to my wife and I by our real estate agent while looking to secure a mortgage for our first home. She knocked it out of the park on every front. I shopped around for quotes for due diligence and found Leigh still offered the most competitive rate. She kept us well-informed and accommodated many quotes for different down payment rates while we were thinking through our options. When mortgage rates started increasing (with higher bond yields around the corner), she notified us with urgency to give us the option to lock in our rate before they shot up (and they did) - and then still managed to get us a lower rate before actually locking it in. Later, when my wife and I met with the notary to go through final signatures/paperwork, the notary even remarked how impressed she was by the amount of prep work our lender had done, noting that usually there's a lot more signatures required, but that Leigh had taken care of a great deal of them already. She was superb, fair, and a very fortunate choice/referral for this pair of anxious first-time home owners. read more

Leigh was a lifesaver! Our real estate agent recommended we get in touch with her after having some issues with the lender we were initially working with - in the middle of our 30-day escrow period. Needless to say, we needed someone who could come in and quickly pick up the pieces to make sure we closed on time. Leigh handled all of the hiccups that came along with our first home-buying experience without missing a beat. She answered all of our questions before, during and after, made sure that everything was on track and kept us updated every step of the way. Thank you for your professionalism, honesty and diligence, Leigh! We will definitely be calling you again the next time we decide to buy or refinance! read more

The process of buying a home, a first home is very stressful but Leigh was always accessible either by phone or text. As a first timer, I had no idea about any of this stuff, so it was nice of her to remind me on the things I needed to do. The process was a lot smoother than I though it was gonna be. Leigh went above and beyond, especially when a lot of things are backed up due to COVID. I can go on and on about Leigh. I highly recommend her for your lending needs. read more

Leigh was super thorough and kept us updated every step of the way. She was always responsive and patient when answering our questions and made sure to call whenever we needed any clarification. She kept the process straightforward and as easy as possible and we were always prepared :) read more

Being a real estate agent, I am very careful on what lender I send my clients to for re-financing their property or purchasing a home. Leigh is by far one of, if not, the most genuine and honest people that I've done business with! She is professional, organized, determined, confident and most importantly an amazing listener to her clients and real estate partners. I cannot express enough how it was an honor to work with Leigh and her team at UAM with several clients and more to come. Thank you Leigh!!! read more

Leigh came highly recommended from my commercial realtor, T. Kadar. I was told she would reach out early this week and sure enough she did. Diligent? check. Professional Demeanor? check. Informative? check. Leigh explained to me several new kinds of loans including a 40yr Loan , wherein the first 10 years are interest only. That then converts to a 30 yr fixed. I was curious about buying my rate down to which she told me I could up to about .5% lower. Finally, there was the credit check question and she answered the way I hoped to hear, middle score. I do business every day. I cut deals with aggressive Prosecutors and I persuade Superior Court Judges to go easy on my clients. My point is that I know when someone is acting nice or just selling me something. I am sensitive to that. A mortgage is a big deal, in many respects it is the biggest deal. Don't just take my word (review) for it, call Leigh and see for yourself, she has your best interests in mind. read more

Leigh is an absolute gem of a human to work with. As first time home buyers, my fiance and I were definitely overwhelmed with the process. But right from the start, Leigh sat down and consulted with us, letting us know exactly the process, and the options for our specific situation. We felt 100% better after that first call. When we ended up putting an offer in on a home, she was right with us the whole time, giving constant updates, and always available to answer our questions or give advice. She even worked extra hard to make our deal happen when we ran into some weird HOA requirements that caused some additional stress and work. Leigh made the process easy for me, even though I honestly had no clue what I was doing most of the time. Anytime I had questions, anytime I wanted to read through everything and take a minute, she was patient and available for questions and help. She's very helpful and quick to respond. As a first-time home buyer, I was concerned about the stress of the process, but I got through it relatively relaxed, in no small part due to Leigh's speed and expertise. More than year or so ago we went to an open house and got Leigh's contact info from a realtor. We didn't pursue then but somehow kept the info, and about a month ago we decided to call her. We found the perfect lender! Leigh was always reachable through phone, message or email, the response was as quick as it can get, no matter what time of day. She was on top of everything, we could have closed two weeks early if the sellers wanted to. First time buying a house can feel scary, but she walked us through it. Leigh was awesome to work with. Our loan was not an easy transaction because of a previous short sale on my credit record. Even with that, she was still able to get us a very competitive loan rate on our new home in Laguna Hills. Being in the business of sales, I will often compare a person's work ethic to my own. Leigh is about as hard working as one can get. She worked around the clock and I knew I could get a response from her at just about any time of day. Although I knew she had several other loans at the time she was working on mine, it almost seemed like I was her only customer because she worked so hard to address my questions so promptly. Leigh was referred to me by the Parniani Team. She is a great asset to them because she works at their pace and at their level of service. My experience with her was nothing short of amazing. One thing that stands out about Leigh is that she doesn't accept failure and I had asked her to jump, she'd always ask "how high?" read more

5+ stars! I found Leigh through Yelp, and now I'm so happy I can contribute to her long list of much deserved glowing reviews. My husband and I were in the market for our first home. But the first step was to see what we could afford. From the first phone call through moving into our new home, Leigh has gone above and beyond. She is very knowledgeable about mortgages in the current market, which has changed a lot over the past 10 years. My husband and I had complete confidence in Leigh's advice and recommendations. Throughout the process, she was kind, prompt, motivating, answered all our questions, and made sure we had all forms filled out correctly and submitted on time. She even returned our calls/texts when she was on vacation. After moving into our home, Leigh has stayed in touch and made sure all of our questions and concerns have been answered. I actually miss talking and texting with her on a regular basis (which you will do once you're in escrow)! Words can't express how much we enjoyed getting to know Leigh and having her take care of our mortgage needs. We will definitely use her again! read more
