I paid over $300 for my taxes with no property attached . Recently they canceled my appointment without my knowledge due to me not sending docs knowing I was out of town. They wanted to charge me a $50 rebooking fee. Then hung up on me when I tried to explain the issue . Ben refused to speak to me even though I had been a consistent client . I don't think this company cares about the clients but more of the money that is coming in. Very disappointing and upsetting. Knowing that tax season is very stressful to some who have to pay the IRS they should have more customer service manners . Do better! I am sure they will respond with a negative. But that's ok. I needed to get fingerprints done, and I went here instead of the place my work recommended because…read moreit is closer to home, and I wanted to support them. It cost about $20 more here than the place I was originally recommended. However, my fingerprints were rejected for not being done properly. Even though I paid out of pocket, I thought it would be fine because getting my prints redone for a service I already paid for would be a simple matter. I was wrong. I went in and showed them the fingerprint rejection form, which specifically states that the print were done improperly, and requested that they take them again. They wanted to charge me the full price again for the prints to be redone. My only other option was to pay again to have them done somewhere else, which is what I'm going to have to do now. Please be aware that going here may be a waste of your time and money.

This year I had a question for Mark after doing my return and my daughters return. I emailed with no response. I followed up with a phone call and a second email. It took Mark 18 days to get back to me. Unaccectable. I'm a reasonable person and understand "it's the busy season" but at least show a long time customer the courtesy of a quick response even if it's to say I'll get back to you later. Had to take my question elswhere and that sealed the deal.
