I've worked with my fair share of lawyers and they are usually disorganized, slow to respond, and nickel and dime you for every word you want changed. I was in and out of treatment for 3 years and my activity level plummeted (normally rock climber, frisbee, runner, etc.). Elizabeth was diligent, communicative, and patient as I navigated healing my body. She negotiated expertly with my car insurance and got all my medical bills covered plus a generous settlement. I would recommend her to anyone who gets in an accident, whether you think you know what you are doing or not. Elizabeth is THE best and will be in your corner.

Do yourself one of the biggest favors of your life and call her if you've been in an accident. Twice, she saved me from insurance providers trying to settle for a small fraction that I deserved and ultimately got. She is direct, trustworthy, and absolutely tenacious. One of the claims took about a year to resolve, and Elizabeth stuck with me and fought for a settlement that was well-over 10 times the original offer. Accidents are stressful, but the combo of lingering pain, paperwork, and dealing with insurance is the worst nightmare. It was clear to me that insurance providers hoped I would get tired and accept the settlement. Elizabeth didn't quit. I am so very grateful that I had someone in my corner, and that Elizabeth was that someone. A long overdue review, but well-deserved :)

My first meeting was with Linda, who is not only the feistiest, smartest gal you'd ever want to meet, but she was just the person I wanted on my side! Linda has a huge heart and a commitment to every client and it showed in everything she did. She followed up with me, explained the process to me and basically held my hand through it all. When the time came to bring all of the aspect of the case together, Josh Lowell came into the picture. His knowledge, experience and ability to articulate how the legal system works was invaluable. When the time came to face the driver of the truck, Linda even accompanied me to the sentencing hearing. THAT is so above and beyond the call that I'm moved whenever I think about it It was a three-year process, but they never gave up. My emotions were all over the map, especially because I was dealing with a lot of trauma around the events of the accident. Josh and Linda understood. They were committed to helping me and getting the best outcome possible, yes. And they were fully capable and deserving of my faith in them. There was never a moment when I felt anything but their dogged determination to help me. But they also knew the emotional toll that it was taking on me. They put their thoughts and feelings aside and focused solely on my comfort level. They counseled gently and left every decision up to me. And at the end of that long journey, Josh negotiated a settlement that was not only more than originally proposed, but a generous one that I was immensely satisfied with. I cannot truly express my gratitude for how they helped me-at every turn and on every level. These folks CARE about their clients. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and the first -- and only- firm I will recommend to any friend or family member with a need. Quite simply, you cannot get better representation than the team of Magnuson Lowell. I will be ever grateful for them!
