I contacted Theresa through my employers lawyer services. She is extremely aggressive and extremely pushy, nor professional. I do not recommend her at all even if your benefits fully cover her. I spoke to her about creating Wills, health directives, and such documents and she would continuously use lawyer jargon just so that I wouldn't understand her and to make me feel intimidated. I repeatedly had to interrupt and tell her that my background is not law, and I would appreciate it if she could explain in more detail what she's talking about. It was obvious she did not like this. She just called me right now to find out if I'll be using our services and when I told her I'm sorry.
