I originally tried them out because I liked they use earth friendly cleaning products, and they were able to help me finally organize my home which is something I'm not very good. I continued using them because they did such a nice job. Marion's organization of my home ridded me of a lot of clutter, and made my living area much more functional. I could find anything I needed much more easily, and it became easier for me to maintain my home more easily from day to day. On cleaning days, I easily picked up the basics in the morning or the night before. After the cleaners came & went, I had a nicely cleaned home, and it smelled nice. Other services us harsh cleaners with smells I find irritating, but not Happy Earth. When I was home when the cleaning people were there, they were always very nice people who worked thoughtfully and diligently. They took care of whatever I needed in the amount of time we had planned. When I wasn't home, they came in, properly disarmed my alarm, took care of business, and left my home so it was inviting when I returned. Whenever they had finished the usual with extra time, they filled the time doing extras which I previously listed could be done. If those had been done recently and looked good, they cleaned other things which needed to be done. I highly recommend Happy Earth to anyone who could use a cleaning service. They made my life much happier, giving me a clean, pleasant home. I no longer had to trade off a clean, functional home to have the time to do things I really enjoyed and wanted to do. You should give them a try if you ever wish you had more time to do the things you love.

We contacted the company and they did an "internal investigation" and not to our surprise, the cleaners who were in our home never saw any of the items. We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. We have a straightforward office setup and had two (a 5,000 and a 10,000 sf) locations contracted with Jan-Pro. We began noticing the quality of the work was suffering early on and requested to have items from their check lists addressed which were being missed, they referred us to the onsite binder and we said that we couldn't be expected to write down basics like vacuum the entryway or wipe down the kitchen counter every day as that's the purpose of the punch list they created for our contract. They also: 1) skipped cleaning an entire floor of a building for 6 months and told us they meant to clean it and would give us a refund but didn't 2) threatened to send us to collections because we were 30 days late on payment after stopping our ACH as they refused to do the cleaning 3) delivered multiple shipments of supplies, decided to put them in our basement and when we voiced concern that they were charging us for supplies that didn't exist we went through 20-30 emails before asking the supplier where they were putting it 4) are rude 5) caused pest problems at both locations because they don't vacuum (they are contracted to do this 5x weekly) 6) leave supplies in the open - like a vacuum in your lobby in the morning in a lobby that hasn't been vacuumed 7) send 3-4 invoices monthly per site and will not aggregate it 8) will not correspond with anyone other than the account holder 9) do site visits, identify the issues you are discussing exist, offer solutions, then refuse their own solutions and access to the site manager who toured the location with you 10) hold you to an annual contract while simultaneously telling you they will not do the service When we provided video evidence that they consistently spent less than 30 minutes cleaning each day they finally threw up their hands and said it was a bad fit - this felt like an opportunity to apologize and address the issue as we just want our carpet vacuumed but they simply don't give a sh**.
