We contacted the company and they did an "internal investigation" and not to our surprise, the cleaners who were in our home never saw any of the items. We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. I found Happy Earth through a neighbor recommendation. Someone from their company came out and toured my house. They asked me specially what I wanted in my cleaning. This was so helpful! I was able to point out areas I wanted extra attention. They have now cleaned my house twice and they do such a wonderful job. They send me a recap email each time - such a personal touch. I can only say good things about Happy Earth and have already recommended them to many people!

Very frustrating back and forth. This review is just for the booking process, not for the clean…read moreitself. We use caldrea, a high end plant based cleaner and love the fragrance. We also use our own vacuum, a Dyson animal vacuum for personal preference. I went back and forth with the company for 1-2 hours asking them politely to use our product before being told that they can only use their own with essential oils and then being told that Clorox is damaging to the environment and to their workers which we did not suggest. If you would like to use their mixture of essential oils and trust that it will not trigger allergies or reactions then this service may be one to go with. If you want a straightforward clean and want to avoid an argument when you request use of your own products, then avoid this company. Super stressful experience.
