We contacted the company and they did an "internal investigation" and not to our surprise, the cleaners who were in our home never saw any of the items. We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. As far as their cleaning quality, I would rate that a C-.

I found Happy Earth through a neighbor recommendation. Someone from their company came out and toured my house. They asked me specially what I wanted in my cleaning. This was so helpful! I was able to point out areas I wanted extra attention. They have now cleaned my house twice and they do such a wonderful job. They send me a recap email each time - such a personal touch. I can only say good things about Happy Earth and have already recommended them to many people!
