I spent $900 which I was surprised because where I used to go was $1600 (they went out of business old place I went too). I got the injections in the later part of October early November. I called really upset because my one eyebrow was lower than my other. I get the injections on my forehead so I stop scrunching in between my eyebrows around my eyes and around my mouth. They offered for me to come back in a few weeks. Which is new for me also. But they didn't work. They didn't make any difference and so I can't go back if you didn't do it right the first time. I'm now on the hunt for an establishment that will listen and get my normal results. The girls are nice there but I'm paying for a product and for a benefit. I did give them a good review on their website because I was hoping that the product will eventually work. I can't delete that good review. I was really hopeful. I was curious because I'd never tried a B12 shot before, and I followed up on the offer card provided at check in. The staff were INCREDIBLY warm, welcoming, and generous. They talked me through the process and what to expect--quick poke, a little more energy and wellbeing. And they were totally true to their word. The stick was painless and today, the day after the party where I drank a little more than I probably should have, I'm feeling great. Amelie's hospitality was fabulous--coffee, tea, fizzy water, and a gift bag, plus super-friendly conversation, lots of personal attention, and a totally professional service. These folks clearly know what they're doing and they were so warm and sweet despite the fact I was just taking them up on a freebie offer. And they wouldn't even accept a tip, because they're a med spa! I'll definitely go back for facials and other services the next time I stay at the hotel.
