Quality of instruction seems to be going down. Management can do better.

Good wifi too, which I really like for streaming new music and staying motivated. The only downfall is that the women's area is pretty cramped in the weight section, but there's always the coed which isn't bad. They could definitely improve by getting new mats or rearranging the space a bit more (I did notice some changes lately!) They offer classes but you have to pay a monthly fee ($19.99 or $29.99 with spin) to attend. There is no drop in rate for gym members attending classes. It would be nice if they offered more evening classes (and spin in the evening), they seem to mostly focus classes for daytime 9AM and 10:30AM, when I assume most people are working or at school. Overall I've enjoyed being a member here for the past few years.

This has been a terrible experience for me and has become a source of real trauma. I started my gym…read moremembership in March 2024 but was only able to attend for less than 10 days due to ongoing health issues. When I signed the contract, Jaff assured me that I could cancel the membership anytime by providing one month's notice. I was also told that one additional fee would be deducted before the cancellation was processed. However, it is now May 2025, and despite sending over 20 emails and repeatedly requesting cancellation--more than 100 times--my membership has still not been terminated. On May 10, I relocated to India for medical reasons. I submitted my employment letter, flight ticket, and boarding pass as proof that I am no longer in Canada, and once again asked for the membership to be canceled. Yet, no one is responding appropriately or taking action. I genuinely don't understand why this is happening. This mishandling is causing me unnecessary distress during an already difficult time.

60$/ month and no massage beds? These gym prices are hilarious. Much better gyms around for value…read more They wouldn't even offer any shirts or anything lol

I stated that I was interested in getting a membership but wanted to try out the gym first so inquired about drop in fee. I was advised they would charge me $20.00, though I could get in free if I go with my husband or tenant, I just wanted to work out earlier and didn't want to wait for either. I asked them what the monthly membership fee was, they replied, it's $15.00 a month to utilize 1 location. I then said, I know two people who already have memberships already who live in the same household, I just want to try out the gym as I was thinking about purchasing my own membership however, you still want to charge me $20? teply "yes" I understand they need to charge a drop in fee, I think I would treat every situation a bit different depending on circumstance. If I cannot prove Vy on my drivers license, that two other members of the gym lived in my household, I can understand that reply since there are people who will lie about things like that. It really makes me sad because I wanted to train there and have the option to work out with my husband or my tenant if I wanted to, however that experience made me not want to go to the gym ever

People who rebound find they are able to work longer, sleep better, and feel less tense and nervous. The effect is not just psychological, because the action of bouncing up and down against gravity, without trauma to the muscular and skeletal system, is one of the most beneficial aerobic exercises ever developed. In fact, there are at least 33 health advantages of regular rebounding, including the following: 1.It provides an increased G-force (gravitational load), which strengthens the muscular and skeletal systems. 2.It protects the joints from the chronic fatigue delivered by exercising on hard surfaces. 3.It helps manage body composition and improves muscle-to-fat ratio. 4.It increases capacity for respiration. 5.It circulates more oxygen to the tissues. 6.It establishes a better equilibrium between the oxygen required by the tissues and the oxygen made available. 7.It aids lymphatic circulation by stimulating the millions of one-way valves in the lymphatic system. 8.It tends to reduce the height to which the arterial pressures rise during exertion. 9.It lessens the time during which blood pressure remains abnormal after severe activity. 10.It assists in the rehabilitation of a heart problem. 11.It increases the functional activity of the red bone marrow in the production of red blood cells. 12.It improves resting metabolic rate so that more calories are burned for hours after exercise. 13.It causes muscles to perform work in moving fluids through the body to lighten the heart's load. 14.It decreases the volume of blood pooling in the veins of the cardiovascular system preventing chronic edema. 15.It encourages collateral circulation by increasing the capillary count in the muscles and decreasing the distance between the capillaries and the target cells. 16.It strengthens the heart and other muscles in the body so that they work more efficiently. 17.It allows the resting heart to beat less often. 18.It lowers circulating cholesterol and triglyceride levels. 19.It lowers low-density lipo-protein (bad) and increases high-density lipo-protein (good) within the blood holding off the incidence of coronary artery disease. 20.It promotes tissue repair. 21.It increases the mitochondria count within the muscle cells, essential for endurance. 22.It adds to the alkaline reserve of the body, which may be of significance in an emergency requiring prolonged effort. 23.It improves coordination between the propreoceptors in the joints, the transmission of nerve impulses to and from the brain, transmission of nerve impulses and responsiveness of the muscle fibers. 24.It improves the brain's responsiveness to the vestibular apparatus within the inner ear, thus improving balance. 25.It offers relief from neck and back pains, headaches, and other pain caused by lack of exercise. 26.It enhances digestion and elimination processes. 27.It allows for deeper and easier relaxation and sleep. 28.It results in better mental performance, with keener learning processes. 29.It curtails fatigue and menstrual discomfort for women. 30.It minimizes the number of colds, allergies, digestive disturbances, and abdominal problems. 31.It tends to slow down atrophy in the aging process. 32.It is an effective mode by which the user gains a sense of control and an improved self-image. 33.It is enjoyable!
