His professional-grade equipment is in a completely different league than the Rug Doctor machines from Home Depot or Safeway - it cleans deeper, extracts more dirt, and leaves the carpets looking and feeling like new. If you want a truly professional carpet cleaning, I highly recommend Som from Fraser Elite Carpet Cleaning Surrey!

Erika and Brahim have just finished a Spring Cleaning of my one-bedroom apartment and I can't stop smiling. It looks amazing!! Their "to do" list had so much more than I would have thought to have cleaned. Their attention to detail and to what had to be done was impressive. They worked without direction and were quick to adapt in specific areas if I asked. I work from home and they worked quietly and with little or no direction. The products they use are gentle and nicely scented (if at all). I appreciate them and the work they do and they appreciate my business -it's a win/win. My quality of life improves when they visit and I always look forward to their return. Diane S Fairview Area

(Golf impact screen ) I informed her that this was a zero liability job as I may have to replace the screen already. I told them I would sign any forms to absolve them of all responsibility and that I just needed someone to come try to clean it one final time. As this is a delicate fabric and would require special care, I believed by there website claims fine and delicate fabrics were there specialty. I was told that I would get a call back. 10 minutes later I received a callback from reception once again and was told sorry they don't do that work.........? ( You haven't even seen the job) I asked if I could talk to the manager she spoke to to possibly explain further and was rejected. She told me she had fully explained the situation already. I then asked if I could please speak to a manager again and she said "Well ........ you could leave your number but I'm not sure when she would be able to get back to you"????? Im sorry but is this how business is done? Your receptionist with no field or sales experience, completely brushing me off before I could even have a conversation with one of the technicians or managers to see if we could work together on a solution to a consumers problem. I am shocked at how this company would allow there front desk person to blow off potential customers before even a conversation. Thank you for showing me that you as a company have no faith in yourself or workers to further expand your business and capabilities. For anyone thinking about using this company I would hesitate. A company that is not willing to do the VERY small amount of work to research or at least converse over a new problem with a potential new customer shows me that cutting corners and taking the easy road is the way this company likes to do business.

Azhar is simply amazing and I am very glad to have gone with City Gate Carpet Cleaning for…read moreresidential carpet cleaning. First, he is quick to respond either through phone or text and very accommodating. He is able to give you a fair price estimate from a description provided and was able to book a time with flexibility on short notice. On the day of cleaning, he arrived punctually ready to go. He explained the process to me and kept his price, whereas sometimes some people will change the agreed upon price when they arrive and see the home. He is an extremely friendly and kind individual and came prepared. A man of many talents he was kind enough to even help me with a miscellaneous task of setting up my light as I wanted to provide him with better lighting for the job. My carpets were very old from an old building from the 70's that never got professionally cleaned. Stains were deeply embedded and also some we realized was from water and object stains. He was realistic in his assessment of the outcome that it might not be perfect but will be very clean nonetheless and he will do his best. And his best he did. He gave his 120% effort and went above and beyond for me, especially knowing it was my first time getting professional carpet cleaning and did not know much about anything. He cleaned the heck out of the carpets and was drenched and dripping in sweat by the end. I should have opened the patio door much sooner for him so this was my fault! Nonetheless, he worked his butt off to do the best he could and I was very happy with the result. The carpets were in much better condition and had some semblance of normalcy afterwards! He gave me so many tips and suggestions in educating me about the carpets and how I can improve the place. He is very knowledgable and definitely experienced. Most importantly, he is hard-working, honest and truly cares about others, not just as customers, but as humans. I had a difficult situation and he was very compassionate and went the extra mile for me as he knew I needed help. Even in challenging times, it is very heart warming to meet great people like him. Thank you for everything Azhar.

Everyone values their time so much they forget that customers are king... but this amazing businessman does appreciate the people he's providing a service to! We spoke for about three minutes, negotiated a fair price to both of us and he came when he said he would, and did a fantastic job turning our oh so dirty carpet (from construction dust) back to brand new! He took before and after pictures as requested and sent me a receipt to my phone. It may be a little thing to some, but to my tenants, who desperately wanted the carpets cleaned on a holiday weekend before their movers arrived, this was a big thing and they are so very grateful; as am I, to keep them happy! I'm rarely on here providing five stars as so many businesses fail to be consistently good, or just don't live up to the line they're selling.. But this gentleman made me believe that there are still great people out there when you need them! THANK YOU!!!
