Everyone values their time so much they forget that customers are king... but this amazing businessman does appreciate the people he's providing a service to! We spoke for about three minutes, negotiated a fair price to both of us and he came when he said he would, and did a fantastic job turning our oh so dirty carpet (from construction dust) back to brand new! He took before and after pictures as requested and sent me a receipt to my phone. It may be a little thing to some, but to my tenants, who desperately wanted the carpets cleaned on a holiday weekend before their movers arrived, this was a big thing and they are so very grateful; as am I, to keep them happy!
