We had already completed the majority of the cleaning of our apartment in preparation for moving…read moreout and asked Ally Cleaning (which seems to be owned by Linda Ali), if they had experience cleaning blinds, which they said they did, and asked if they could do that and the insides of our windows. Based on their purported experience, we brought them in for two hours, and they left the place in much worse shape than it was to begin with (see the "before" photo to see what our blinds looked like before, and note what they were left as). Further, Ally Cleaning damaged the concrete pillar in the corner and left a big black mark on it, which we had to clean and repair. Ally also managed to make our kitchen cabinets and floors dirty, even though we had already cleaned them. When my girlfriend called Ally afterwards, Linda/Ally Cleaning was completely dismissive and very rude, actually saying "oh honey, you're just stressed" and claiming that Ally Cleaning had done a good job cleaning. I called them back later and got "Ally's assistant" who also claimed they did a good job and asked me to send photos via text. I sent the photos that are attached here and since then, they haven't bothered to respond to the text messages and have screened our phone calls and haven't responded to our voicemail asking that they return our call. The "cleaning" was so bad that we actually agreed with our landlords to deduct funds from our security deposit to bring in the landlord's cleaners to fix the issues. The email address we transferred to for payment was lavender555@outlook.com, which doesn't refer to Linda Ali or Ally Cleaning, and therefore seems a bit sketchy. *DO NOT USE ALLY CLEANING*

Definitely recommend this cleaning service…read more My mom hired them to do a cleaning of a townhouse that we rented out for students. It's good to know that the company also caters to the Mandarin/Cantonese demographic (because my mom speaks Cantonese). Very friendly customer service, the owner was pretty straightforward and genuine. He was absolutely accommodating, answered my mom's questions promptly since it was our first time hiring a cleaning team. He definitely sounded knowledgeable of this field. Overall, my mom and I are thoroughly impressed with the quality of the service. They completely cleaned it from top to bottom and the whole house smelled fresh and simply sparkled. They were extremely open to feedbacks too. We were quite intimidated to take the plunge because we had no previous experience of getting cleaning service, but we are glad that we stumbled upon this company!

So I called AspenClean! They were super nice and friendly when I booked over the phone and explained the odd job I'd like to hire them for. There's a 1 hour minimum at 3 cleaners for the hour but even still I wasn't sure it was long enough. That's how much work it needed. Then come cleaning day the 3 cleaners were prompt, courteous and worked magic. I didn't think to have a ladder around but one cleaner ingeniously thought to use a mop to clean the ceiling that desperately needed a good wash. The place looks SO MUCH better. I couldn't believe how great it looked after just an hour. Thank you, thank you AspenClean!
