What happened to the customer service here? They used to be so nice! We have used them for our…read morebusinesses up until now. Now they are charging an "up charge" if we are not on a schedule. I did not give them approval to put us on a schedule and they cleaned the windows anyway. We were closed and they only cleaned the outside windows and charged us the same as they would if they cleaned both the inside and outside. They let us know that if we aren't on the schedule they will now be charging us an up charge for calling "last minute." We will be shopping for a new window cleaner.
