The phone rang and rang with no answer. called two more times at later times in the same day. Tuesday 9/14 same. I took off work early and decided to find the business to see why no one answers the phone. The business is hidden on a major street (State Blvd.) no signs and no street presence. After several U turns I finally found it hidden behind Allstate Ins. Went in to find out that the phone number on all the Google searches was wrong. Mattie gave me the correct number and basically said that not looking for new patients and that her mom sets all appointments. So I called the right number and left a voicemail requesting a call back and an appointment. It's now Fri 9/17 and I have yet to hear from them. They have no social media presence, Facebook, Instagram etc. I was totally ghosted. Good luck if your a new patient and want an appointment!

Facility: The building has enough parking, but we missed the drive the first time and had to turn around. But the sign for Utgent care is very easily seen... just that you might miss the entrance while you're looking for the sign like we did. LOL!The clinic is clean and comfortable. Service: There wasn't anyone else in the lobby so I went to the front desk and the receptionist was very helpful signing me in. The doctor came out while I was filling out my paperwork and I was telling the receptionist how much I liked her pen. So would you believe he brought me a nicer pen!!! How kind. Besides he got me right back and listened to my issues intently. He prescribed me medicine and even helped me find a pharmacy since I am not from here. Overall: I give this clinic 5 stars for the rapid, but thorough care I received from Dr Hassan and the team. Thank you!!!

It is…read moretherefore ironic that one of the biggest changes we have experienced with moving across the country centered around our health. This is something we continue to deal with because one thing we realized coming here was... that Miami healthcare is absolute garbage and that my new locality has better healthcare. Perfect example of this would have to be in regards to dermatology. For years... YEARS! I suffered not only with acne but with a skin condition in the back of my scalp... including my brother as well. I had it since I was in 9th grade. The condition was painful, sometimes more and sometimes less depending on how bad the episode was. Sometimes the pain would be mild, sometimes it hurt so bad it was awful to lay my head on a pillow, sometimes it just hurt that bad by itself. I went to dermatologist after dermatologist, trying to find a way to fix this. They all gave me different opinions on what it was and different treatments. I cannot describe the amount of different pills, ointments, and shampoos I tried for the condition... they didn't work or didn't work for long. One shyster told me laser surgery would fix it... yeah he couldn't explain how though... i didn't do that one. My brother and I started treating with Dr.Gray in Lima in June of 2020. We were both pretty jaded with all our prior dermatological experiences and expected to keep going thru this for the rest of our lives. For about half the year, we tried different pills and ointments that did not work until he decided that the way to finally fix this problem for good was to take isotretonin. It was a long treatment starting in January 2021 and ending in July...requiring constant check up with him and bloodwork because the medicine is very strong. Dr. Gray even was nice enough once we were starting to stabilize to do e-visits after our working hours as it was hard to constantly take off work. He would tell us to keep the faith that we would get thru this and it would get fixed. You know what though? It worked! IT WORKED! I can't describe what it feels like to be finally free of this problem after years of this. This man is a miracle worker! I pray that it would stick and except for one brief and flare up (i think due to stress), i have been pain free. I am thankful I tried one last time and got treated by Dr. Gray. I always tell everyone I speak to now, if you have a skin issue or need to see a dermatologist... you NEED to see Dr. Gray in Lima.

Last seen in Feb. And now it's August. My issue is WHY DID YOU NOT BOTHER TO CALL ME BACK AND INFORM ME... OFFICE MANAGER WOULD NOT GET ON THE PHONE. BAD CUSTIMER SERVICE ON THIER PART. Besides that, her cancer required her to go frequently to get blood work, and other tests done at Lima Memorial Hospital Lab. The area of the hospital that the lab was in has changed during this time, originally being a small section of the hospital. Since going thru major construction, it is now in a nicer area of the hospital, with a much larger/nicer waiting room. The wait, though, for lab work is ridiculously long. Last time, it took over 45 minutes to just wait to be seen by someone in registration. Then another 25 minutes to finally get pulled in for the blood work. At least the nurses are friendly and once inside, it is quickly done.

The dentist came in said it looks good. That night flossing it I could feel the gap there. Sure enough went to another dentist to evaluate and said it was cracked. If a filling was just done it shouldn't have a huge gap in it like this. I would assume with student loans and trying to buy a new practice needs to make the $. I notified Dr. Fisher and she never even responded = UNETHICAL DENTIST.
