The showers were very warm and comfortable (something I was worried about before I chose to admit myself). The center was not transparent about my ability to walk out at any point in time, but that became clearer throughout my stay. The food was filling and delicious. This Center really focuses on what recovery you enter immediately after leaving the location, but once you are out of their doors it is very clear they offer very little support other than a quirky little media group they have. In terms of retrieving documents or paying them for their service, they make each step meticulously difficult and unnecessarily complicated. I have been out for over a year now and still have been unable to collect documents and information that the counselor they had me assigned to said I could access afterwards such as, but not limited to: the name of book she recommended to me and documents regarding my diagnosis at the center. Paying ORC is much more difficult than I could have ever imagined. I constantly fear I will loose my good credit score due to their constant unavailability and nonsense redirect calls. They have not offered any way for me to pay other than by phone, which has been nearly impossible due to their incredibly unorganized staffing.

Besides that, her cancer required her to go frequently to get blood work, and other tests done at Lima Memorial Hospital Lab. The area of the hospital that the lab was in has changed during this time, originally being a small section of the hospital. Since going thru major construction, it is now in a nicer area of the hospital, with a much larger/nicer waiting room. The wait, though, for lab work is ridiculously long. Last time, it took over 45 minutes to just wait to be seen by someone in registration. Then another 25 minutes to finally get pulled in for the blood work. At least the nurses are friendly and once inside, it is quickly done.

Unfortunately I am prone to upper respiratory infections, but this was truly awful. My body ached so bad, it was painful to even move. I had traveled to Florida about a week or so before I started showing symptoms. Because of what was starting to go around at the time, I decided to be proactive and go to an urgent care. I prayed I didn't have covid. I called my insurance as I am new to the area and Mercy Health was the nearest urgent care that took my insurance. I went there to get seen by a doc. I got there and I was the first and only patient in thru the doors. I applied some hand sanitizer and put on a mask they had available and quickly provided my insurance information before I was seen by a nurse and then a doctor. I was administered a flu test and gave them a brief medical history and told them my symptoms. I didn't have any bronchitis, and my flu exam came back negative but the doctor was sure I had a viral infection. He called it a non-flu viral infection. No idea what that would be but he did prescribe me meds including prednisone which helped me start breathing better again. Took me weeks to get completely better. Still don't know what it was I had. Super happy with the service and help I received here.

Call St. Ritas with my insurance comp. on the phone and they admitted they billed me wrong and would fix it. My insurance comp told them what paper work to send to them so they could get paid. They said they would send it right away. What they really meant was they wouldn't And they would continue to send me the Bill. Every month the same thing. Got a Bill I would call and they would say they were sending the paperwork. What they really meant was they would ignore it and just send it to collections and state that once it is collections there is nothing they can do. Stay away from this place!!! they are not in the business of helping people, they are in the business of fraud!!!

Most recently started taking my mom here to the Women's Center in building 4. World class care here. Best dermatologist I ever went to.
