They do not take responsibility. They blame the manufacturer & the district manager rather than making it right. I would have been better off junking it than having the fix it. Buyer beware.

Another 4 months and I was informed it was once again fixed. This time I paid $284 in parts and $170 and it did not even start to load it on my trailer. We pushed it on the trailer and I took it home. I dropped it off at another place and in one week thay had it back to me and stated there was 1/2 gallon of water in the gas, nothing else. It now is on my farm and running like it is brand new. On a positive Clint the service manager and Ron the mechanic were very nice and communicated with me regularly. The General manager blamed the HISUN product.
