She has used Rick and his company for years since and is always very happy with his response time, and repairs. Recently Rick and Patrick drove north to Jensen Beach to evaluate why the stairs on my 2021 Entegra Odyssey would not retract. They arrived promptly, tested out several possibilities for it not working before installing a new motor. I was thrilled that they had the part with them. I took advantage of their being on site to ask Rick about several other RV components. Rick was very patient and explained things clearly. I am a solo traveler, somewhat new to RV ownership and travel so learning maintenance skills from an expert like Rick, is very much appreciated.
