Based on Yelp reviews, I reached out to Eddie at Wash Boss Mobile. I was quoted a price of $95 for what I needed, and was able to make an appointment for him to come to me the next day. When Eddie was 15 minutes late, I texted him and he told me he was finishing up the first appointment of the day. I waited another half hour and texted again. I had told him that if he couldn't be to me by 11:00 (a full hour after my appointment) to go ahead and cancel the appointment. He decided to cancel, and then contacted me at 11:00 and said he was 18 minutes away and did I want him to come. He got started on my vehicle an hour and a half after my appointment time. He said he didn't know what services I had requested to be done, even though I had put it in through his website and he quoted a price. I showed him my seat he said he could fix it. He shampooed the entire interior, and washed, and ( I think) waxed my car. There was still bird poop stains on the car, which annoyed me but not that big of a deal since the interior was what I was worried about. He then changed the price to $130. When the interior dried, spots were still mottled looking. I sent him a text with the picture attached and asked when he could come back. He was able to come back the next day. He came back the next day without issue and re shampooed that seat. My seats look great now. Eddie is a nice guy, and a hard worker. But based upon him being so late to the first appointment, not doing a good enough job the first time where he had to come back, and the fact that the quoted price changed, I rated him three stars. I'm not sure if I would use him again.

I opted for the All American Wash as it wasn't too dirty and the price was right. He took care of both interior and exterior but also got into a lot of small areas where most people don't. He also got my rims looking brand new which is pretty hard to do because my car gets a lot of brake dust that builds up on them. We spoke a bit more about his other services which I will be using in the future(he does it all). I paid for the Ultimate and they were here less than 2 hours. My car still had water spots on it, the carpets are still dirty, I took one of the mats out and cleaned it myself, and the water was filthy. The carpets are still dirty, dirty in the corners and sides of the seats, The seats still have stains on them. The headliner still has marks on it. Marks that could easily be removed. They claim it is permanently stained, but I could rub it clean with my hand. Very unhappy with the job but Pressa refused to clean any further. When I called Premier, as they say 100% Customer Satisfaction on their website, they stopped answering my calls. No response to my complaints at all. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are RIP OFFS!!!!!all

So I did a misstep and forgot about my previous experience and committed to being club level…read more I needed my car detailed this weekend and paid $46+ tax to have the front two seats shampooed. While the wait wasn't as long as my first experience I do feel that it's not an exceptional experience. When I got into my car, first off-- it smelled great; that I won't contest-- I noticed my front driver seat was still a little wet and one of the team members advised that's why he put a plastic seat covering over the seat. If you have one of those mats that has a little mechanism for locking it in place you'd know how annoying it can be when your mat slips and slides. I made it to my destination and fixed the mat securely back to the floorboard. This morning as I was getting something from my backseat I realized there was a used hand towel left behind from the wash... yeah no. I plan on discontinuing my club membership and seeking out a competitor. At this price point, I'd hope for a little more attention to detail.
