Very disappointed about this place. I left my car at 2pm picked up at 10pm, forget about the time, since it was so late and dark I couln't see how sloppy the job was. Paid $120 for interior detail, what a waste! Streaks in dashboard area, sticky dirt still in other areas. I attached pictures. I was in the area from California and had a C Class Mercedes Rental for my mini-vacation. Aside from the fun rides we had in that vehicle, I managed to scrape my metal belt buckle on the Jet Black Paint and went "UH-OH!" I searched for a proper price considering this was just a rental. Rohan, not only educated me about scratches and how it's only scratched on the clear coat (which is good news) but he magically made it disappear! well... after some time and some buffing with a few different pads.. then, like MAGIC! my "UH-OH!" became a relief! I drive a white SUV and park under a tree. As a result the finish on my auto was dull and developing black mold spots. When I was a much younger man, I used to detail cars to pay my way through college. So, I know what to look for when a car is detailed. I have had my car detailed before. Back then I had a 3 series and the work the other guys did was good I couldn't complain. About a month ago I bought another bmw and I needed the interior detailed as well. I started looking for places around the area and I found Rohan at CSR. He really knows what derailing a car is. He takes his time into each car he does, I was actually very fortunate he could squeeze me into his schedule. He was working in a Camaro at the time and my God, that thing looked pristine. I opted for the interior detail on my 5 series and he explain to me exactly what he was going to do with the car. He was very clear that the car was not going to look brand new but I would get what I paid for and indeed the job was truthful to the price. Rohan does loves what he does. You can tell by the effort he puts into each car he works on. He even took the time to tell me what products I should use in order to keep the leather and the overall care of the car.
