Joseph came with another electrician (please forgive me for not remembering his name at the moment). They introduced themselves, were polite and professional. They gave me an assessment and an estimate of how much the job was going to cost before they did the job. That's a sign of professionalism and honesty. Once I gave them the "Go ahead," they were very thorough. The installed the fan and the light fixture (even though I had lost some of the parts for installing the light fixture), and they did a great job. They checked all my outlets to make sure everything in the apartment was OK. When they were done, they picked up and cleaned everything. I've dealt with many people who have come to my house before to fix other things, Joseph and the other electrician never made me feel, as others have done, like I should have known this or that. They are personable, respectful, responsible, and very competent and professional. They sent me an invoice right away and thanked me for using them.
