In July/August, we experienced a ceiling leak that caused significant damage throughout our home, impacting two bathrooms, the playroom, entryway hallway, and laundry room. After water mitigation and demolition were completed, we were left needing extensive repairs and full remodels of the affected areas. This was our first time dealing with a major home issue, and navigating insurance, contractors, and conflicting opinions felt overwhelming and stressful. I spoke with several contractors and received multiple estimates, but Alan stood out immediately. He was the first to respond and the first to give clear, straightforward, and honest answers. Beyond that, Alan is genuinely such a fun and easygoing person to work with, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He has a great eye for design and prioritizes top-notch materials while still being realistic and respectful of budget. He guided us through the design process, helped with material selection, and made thoughtful recommendations every step of the way. Marlon and Emmanuel are incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and truly kind. They treated our home with care and always took the time to explain what they were doing, which made us feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Fast forward to today, we finally have our home back -- and we couldn't be happier with the results! Not having functional bathrooms and access to certain rooms for months took a toll on our family and our mental health. Click Construction stepped in during a very difficult time and helped restore not just our home, but our peace of mind. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I've attached before-and-after photos so you can see the incredible transformation for yourself. I highly recommend Click Construction to anyone looking for quality work, honesty, and a team that truly cares.

This most recent sale came with several contingencies that could have delayed or derailed the process. We were understandably worried, but Jin took each one by the horns and resolved them one by one. Thanks to her skill and determination, we closed right on schedule. How else can we describe her? Simply fabulous. Her team was equally wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much, Jin!

We don't usually leave negative reviews, but our experience with our former landlord and real…read moreestate agent, Jin Wickwire, unfortunately ended on a very disappointing note. While the home-buying process itself was smooth, our move-out experience was the complete opposite. As a family with young children, we were repeatedly questioned and made to feel uncomfortable over normal wear and tear......things like minor drywall nicks that are expected in any home with kids. These were already being addressed on our end with a contractor, as we had communicated. Despite agreeing to cover repairs and forfeit a $3,000 deposit, we were met with unnecessary comments and a level of aggression that felt unprofessional and unwarranted. It was especially disappointing given that we chose to work with her over many other options, expecting a level of trust and respect in return. We believe in accountability and were fully willing to take care of any legitimate damages....but respect and professionalism should go both ways. Based on this experience, we would not recommend doing business with Jin.

Twice in one day they screwed us over, could have caredless and were in no way apologetic. Very Disappointing.

We had dealt with another contractor in the past with good success. Synergy said "It sounds like one firm has done right by you. Why don't you see what they come back with, and we're happy to offer free advice." We sent the other contractor's proposal to them. They responded the next day with suggestions to improve the design. They also said "if you have seen their work and are comfortable with their quality, then you should go with them. It seems like a fair proposal." Unlike most contractors who bad-mouth the competition and will try to sell you on any job, Synergy genuinely cared about our results as a homeowner, first. We tried to shift the project to Synergy, and their owner said "I think the other guys earned your business. Please consider us for the next one." WOW! This is the kind of company you want to work with!"

It's difficult to express, in as few words as possible, our satisfaction with their product as there are too many factors involved in a major construction to be able to include them all. I will touch on the major points. Mark and Mina and their team became like members of our extended family; they talked with us and asked questions to uncover the aspects of the house that could be changed to make our home one where we would use the space, inside and out, to the greatest extent possible. The team examined every inch of the house, in order to discover it's potential and to avoid problems. We learned quickly that we could trust them completely, their diligence and attention to every detail allowed us to leave the job to the team, which we did. They delivered a design that was, frankly, beyond what we could have imagined. Their architect, Tom, is a hidden gem with significant talent and skill. He monitored the entire construction for oversight and to maintain the integrity of his design. The quality of the construction is superior, the carpenters are highly skilled. The people who work for Mark and Mina are some of the nicest people I've ever met which made working with these creative, helpful, skilled people a pleasure, it was never a burden. We were greatly blessed by the work of the hands of this company and it is my hope you will consider using them for your project. If I had another project, I would not hesitate to pick up the phone and call Mark. If I have a problem with the project they've completed, I know they will respond graciously and quickly.
