I have held off writing the review after multiple TERRIBLE experiences because I read so many wonderful reviews and I really hate to knock a buisness. I noticed that the sales team was exceptional. Professional, kind and relaxed when looking at cars. This review is strictly limited to the dealership service department and management. Now, If you are considering using this company for service Buyer BEWARE! It will be at your own risk. I took my vehicle into this location after moving to Manitowoc last year. I went in to have my window fixed and came home to my third row seat not working properly. I had left the seat down and when I returned it was down, I didn't see any issue. However! The person that was doing the window, I would like to assume maybe to be kind, took the head rests that I placed behind the front and passenger seat and placed them back on the back seat and rolled the seat back down. This caused the seat to get stuck! You can NOT have the head rests on while it is DOWN! I called and they ended up having to replace the entire seat! I could no longer take all of my children with me when leaving the house meaning some of the older kids were forced to walk to school or leave extra early for school. I used ridiculous amounts of gas , time and patience going back and fourth. That being said they replaced the seat and its back as it was. THEN! Like the forgiving person I am, and also because of all the great reviews I took my spoiled car back to CADILLAC! I have never taken it to a small time mechanic because I figure Cadillac knows her best. I buy four new all season tires because they had a wonderful rebate going on. Turns out it was all a sham! NO REBATE! After many months of waiting we contacted the manager and let them know we hadn't gotten our rebate. There was three of them on it and not a single one was able to get into contact with anyone. After all of the managers tried they gave us a 150 dollar credit towards service. It was not the employees fault the rebate was fraudulent. All very frustrating, time consuming and odd! BUT I saw the credit as an oil change or two. So, I take the car in for an oil change. About 130 of the 150 was used for the oil change. Eyes widen but what ever! It's done. I figured we were done with the company and we would wipe our hands of it. I WAS WRONG!! I was driving two days ago in the rain and my tire blew on the high way! HP towed it near by and we have a specialist look at it. THE TIRE IS DEFECTIVE! Matter of fact he said! "There are three more~ not if but whens on your vehicle. It is not safe to drive. He said I am potentially driving a ticking time bomb" This is my daily driver. I drive my kids and their friends around town in this car for school, events and more. Now, He told me to take it to Broadway and show the service guy what happened. They should know and do something about it. However, I made an apt with a tire company the specialist recommended and drove to Broadway just to let them know. The tire was BRAND NEW. I spoke with an older man with glasses yesterday and explained to him the situation. He was like, Yes I remember you guys. The rebate tires. He was agitated that I was in his presence and really didn't want to go outside and look at the defective tire. But he did and as soon as I opened the hatch he was like these are old tires, They must have popped. I explained to him that they did not pop due to age or foreign object.He was short and said he couldn't do anything and didn't even understand why I was there. I asked if he could contact the manufacturer and he said, why don't you? I can't do anything! I was told that Broadway sold me defective tires and to let them know. So! I drove to Broadway and let them know. The man was short , agitated and really unhappy that I was there! Moral of the story! DONT GO TO BROADWAY TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE!!!

    I purchased a 2022 Dodge Challenger from Van Horn Dodge while living a couple of states away…read more Because I could not see the vehicle in person, I was initially apprehensive, but during the sales process the dealership was responsive, professional, and attentive. I paid cash for the vehicle and also paid nearly $2,000 for delivery, and the purchase was completed on January 6, 2026. During the sales process, I was told it typically takes 3-5 days for the delivery company to respond and pick up the vehicle, after which I would be provided an ETA. Based on that information, I reasonably assumed that paying a substantial delivery fee meant the logistics were already arranged or at least well underway. Unfortunately, more than a week later, I have received no meaningful updates. The only response I've been given is that they are "still waiting for a delivery company to agree to transport the vehicle." This has been incredibly frustrating, particularly given the amount paid for delivery and the lack of proactive communication. What started as a smooth and pleasant experience quickly became disappointing. Once payment was completed, the level of service dropped significantly, and I was left feeling like I was no longer a priority. Clear communication and realistic expectations regarding delivery would have made a significant difference. I have even asked for the company names so that I can reach out to see what the delay is but no information has been provided to me. While the sales process itself was handled well, the post-sale follow-through and transparency regarding vehicle delivery have been very disappointing. To date, I have no idea when my car will be delivered.

Update: I've been back here twice and have received the same courteous and knowledgeable service. Not by any fault of theirs, my car has had additional problems to fix. Today I called and told them the problem and they came to tow it. This is where it gets good. I don't normally need my car that often, but of course I have a baby shower to attend out of town tomorrow. The woman out there know, I don't have a choice but to drive the 2 hours to attend after committing to be there. And I want to. Anyway...I started calling around for a rental. None available or they won't be open when I can get there. Small town problems. I called Satori's explained the problem and they are providing me with a loaner car. They were going to do that anyway as customer service while working on my car. What they don't do is pick people up. Understandably they are busy. Knowing there was no way I could get there before 7pm to pick up the car he decided they would pick me up. That is above and beyond and I want them and others to know how much I appreciate it. Customer service is a dying art. I am giving a pre review based on my initial experience. I will update after the work is done. I am giving them 5 stars for customer service. I bought a 3rd party car for a winter beater. I drive a mini and they aren't Wi. winter friendly. My father did the work it needed mechanically, but as anyone who owns a foreign car knows, finding the right mechanic is hard in a small town. The owner took the time to call my father so he would understand what I wasn't able to communicate in mechanic speak. He then called me back to set up the appointment. I had a choice to drop it off at the night deposit or show up when they opened. I chose to show up in the morning because he said " It might be better so I can see what problem you are having and to get to know you and your husband." That is customer service.

I had my Lancer tolled to Satori's due to a concern for a possible coolant or oil leak. Received a phone call the following day stating my car was "highly modified" and they will not pursue inspecting or investigating anything; however, drove my car disregarding my complaint of a possible coolant or oil leak. Note: my car only had an intake and cat back exhaust. They stated that it's normal for my car to give off a burning smell with smoky, white exhaust fumes?! They simply stated that nothing was wrong with it. Even my wife, who knows nothing about cars, asked me why my car smelled of burnt rubber. After the phone call, they told me to come pick up the car, yet charged me $60 for "we will not pursue inspecting your car." The day I picked up my car, I was advised to contact the original owner because they were concerned that the oil changes were dirty, some evidence of leaking oil lines, and again, my car was heavily modified. To their surprise, I told them I am the original owner, and performed all maintenances. I knew my car was not dirty, and Satori's tried to pass the buck or think I'm an idiot. And before I left their shop, I was told to bring in my wife's Mazda CX9 if there's ever any issues since it's "factory." (like really?) I told Satori's the CX9 is much harder to work on than the Lancer. Their comments just makes them less reputable. From my experience, I would not recommend this auto shop. You're better off doing your own work or look elsewhere.

Those are illegal without a notice of their presence.
