We've had our carpets cleaned before and the value for the job that Robert and FullHouse did far exceeded any other service we have ever used. He was courteous, helpful, polite and just an all around good guy. And most importantly, he did a phenomenal job! He took some very dirty carpets with years of dirt and kidfunk (which everyone knows, is the worst kind of funk) and made them look almost new. I will definitely use FullHouse again for any carpet cleaning and would emphatically recommend them 100%.

THE BEST customer service experience I have had! Greg and John were wonderful and very friendly…read more They even took the time to hang some heavy picture frames for me before starting the job. Greg had called about an hour prior and notified us they had been rear ended on the highway and offered to reschedule so they wouldn't be keeping us up late. We had to get our carpets cleaned that night and so the guys came and did an absolutely wonderful job, even leaving their carpet rakes so our open house would look perfect! When we checked out Greg even offered a discount for being late, which was completely not their fault. It was a wonderful gesture and the guys really won us over. I'm sure they're fine for carpet cleaning but DO NOT TRUST HAMEED WITH YOUR ORIENTAL RUGS. I…read moretrusted them with my $8,000 antique Turkish rug, a 30-year family heirloom. Instead of cleaning it themselves, they secretly outsourced it to another company I had specifically avoided. For nearly two weeks, I had no idea where my rug even was. When I picked it up, no one mentioned any issues -- but at home, I unrolled it to find a large bald spot stripped of pile. The "before" photos they eventually provided showed normal wear, nothing close to the damage it has now. Worse than the damage was the dishonesty. My refund requests were ignored, and instead they pressured me to let them "fix" it by dyeing it darker. It took him DAYS to send me the before photos. They even called from multiple numbers trying to come to my house after I refused. This experience was unprofessional and shady. I trusted them with something valuable and sentimental, and that trust is gone. Don't make the same mistake I did.
