After a few minutes of waiting, the previous client left, and she had me immediately lie down on the same table. They didn't wipe down the table or use sanitation/disposable cloths, which kind of bothered me. I requested for a wispy lash look. Typically at my previous appointments at various lash extension salons, the technician would ask me detailed questions about my preferences, and ask me what length, curliness, and volume I like. I wasn't asked any questions, only told to show me a picture of lashes I wanted. I felt like the extension process was fine, was poked a few times. Finally I was disappointed at how fast my lashes fell off (~5 days), which was a bummer because I got them done to look nice for a bachelorette party coming up in a week. I felt like the appointment was fast (45-55minutes).

I've had allergic reactions in the past and ended up with red eyes for the first couple days, but I'm about 2 hours post lashes and my eyes feel great! On a super random note, I tend to break out easily, so I appreciated the tissue on my forehead so her hand wouldn't touch my sensitive skin. Her salon has a parking lot right behind the shop. I got there about 10-15 minutes early. The shop was still locked up and closed upon arrival. I called and texted her in case I am there the wrong time and day. No answer. She responded closer to the appointment time and showed up late. Zero apologies. Told me to just wait outside. Then rushed me to fill out forms that she never took a look at. Waivers and medical information and all. Not good. In my opinion, the person who showed up late and failed to open /unlock the entrance door should not be rushing the new customer who arrived early and waited patiently. I get it she has two young kids, lives 30 minutes away, has difficult living situation and all her relatives are back where she came from. So do a lot of immigrants. It put a bitter taste in my mouth while I got to hear about her struggle as an immigrant. I'm an immigrant too.....but I am also a customer. Just trying to get my lash lift and tint done on a Sunday late morning. Not play therapist because I can't use my phone. The quality of my lash lift is ok. She basically melted half my lashes because it got left on too long. It's bent and damaged. I just need to leave it alone for the next 60-90 days now. It just feels like you are getting pampered right when you walk into a well managed facility, with beautiful decor and professional service. I made the appointment online through their website. They followed up via text message up until appointment day. The whole procedure was done so effortlessly, I dozed off lol. The best part is waking up to a set of beautiful lashes. I got the mega fill. Since my lashes were foreign, we worked with what we could. They still came out beautiful! I think once the old lashes fall out, they will look even better. My lash artist advised me to get a new set if they don't fall out by next session. And I will definitely be back next time. The man up front also explained after care and upcoming appointments with me. He not only gave me lash brushes, but a protector in case I need to take a shower before 24 hours. It's always the little details I appreciate. Most importantly, the lashes look like high quality. Hopefully the retention will be good, but so far, I am loving it here!

When I stood up and looked at them in my car, I saw over-processed, bent and severely misshapen eyelashes. It looks like some tint was also left on me as well. This first picture is example of a photo I took of a lash lift and tint from someone in May, and the other two other photos are from the service I received today. Hannah was meticulous, gentle, and clearly very skilled. She always checked in to see if I was in any pain. She also asked me which color I wanted on my toes 3 separate times even though I had picked my color already, and then ended up selecting a color for me. I'm happy with the overall results of the pedicure but the process itself was a bit stressful. Payment - I paid with card and tipped cash and was told "next time pay with cash". Overall, I was happy with the end results and the speed and availability, but there are some things service-wise that could be improved upon.

I sat there maybe 15 minutes. Anna wrapped it up with her client went back in room and came out with attitude saying she got my message and she is professional and she is with clients. I recently had an appointment canceled because I didn't confirm via text--meanwhile, I just brought a newborn home and my phone is the last thing on my mind. When I explained the situation, there was zero flexibility or effort to help me out, which was a huge letdown since I needed that touchup for our birth announcement video. A while back a tech got lash glue on my brand-new clothes (including a pair of expensive jeans and freshly altered white top) which completely ruined them. I have no idea how this happened but when I pointed it out at my next visit, there wasn't even an offer for a small credit or any gesture to make it right. Clients are expected to be on time, yet I have had to wait on multiple occasions because they weren't ready for me. Plus, one of the techs frequently stops mid-application to check out other customers or help other techs, which just drags out the appointment. Usually I go every four weeks but recently I've had some big events and trying to get a touch-up has been difficult. I replied to confirm an available slot immediately only to be told it was actually already booked. It actually caused me to miss getting a touch-up before my son was born. I really want to keep supporting this business because the results are consistent, but I hope they start showing a bit more consideration for their loyal, long-term clients. Skills are important, but so is how you treat people.
