However, about a week and a half after paying nearly $80 for an oil change--which is already higher than the usual $50-$60 I typically pay for my make and model--my dashboard displayed a critical warning that my oil was at 15%. That raised serious concerns about whether an oil change was actually performed. I remained in my car during the service, they only popped the hood, and my car was never elevated, which made the process feel questionable in hindsight. What made the experience worse was trying to get help afterward. When I reached back out, I couldn't get in touch with a real person and kept getting redirected by an AI bot or told to call back another time. It was incredibly frustrating, especially after I had to spend even more money to have my car properly serviced elsewhere. I feel misled and taken advantage of. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about this business and would not recommend spending your hard-earned money here. I would like to speak with a representative and believe a partial refund is warranted. This experience was disappointing and, frankly, concerning.

Finding a good and trustworthy auto shop is always tricky. After doing some research, I took my…read morecar here and was thankful for such a quick appointment. Making an appointment was fast and easy and customer service was great up to this point. So far so good. I made my appointment for 8am for a diagnostic and was told i could expect to hear something back around noon. After not hearing anything, I called close to 1pm and was told my car was next for service. When 4pm came around and I didn't hear anything I called again only to find out my car still wasn't looked at. At this point I was told to expect my car to be kept overnight but only because I asked about it. I was pretty frustrated considering I had an early appointment, all I needed was a diagnostic and for the simple fact I had to call for all updates not to mention having to now coordinate a ride home. I called again first thing in the morning and was then told I would have answers around 9. I was convinced then that my car wasn't looked at, at all the day prior. I did get a call shortly after 9 and I was apologized to and did get the answers I needed on my car. When I picked up my car, they were super apologetic and assured me this was not the normal way they conducted business. Because of the inconvenience, I was not charged for the diagnostic. While I was thankful, I was really disappointed with my whole experience. I understand things happen but good communication makes all the difference. Maybe my case was really just a one off, but this trip made me want to take my business elsewhere.

I called them up and explained the situation about my air conditioner being broken and that I was looking for a fix until I can get enough money to replace the system. I took my car to them and when they checked it out, they mentioned that I shouldn't need to replace the entire system (opposed to what Meineke and pep boys told me), and that only the expansion valve and dryer needed to be replaced in it. Wonderful. They saved me so much money (upwards of $1200+ easily). The staff is wonderful. There is always a friendly atmosphere whenever I go there. I refuse to take my car anywhere else now.
