Within five minutes, they had my car in a stall and diagnosed the problem--my water pump had completely blown, and the car wasn't going anywhere. Although they couldn't fix it at their shop, they went above and beyond to help. They guided me into a safe parking spot, found a nearby shop that could handle the repairs, and made sure everything was arranged for the tow truck. Pretty amazing since I had the tires checked not too long ago and the brakes completely done just eight months back. The tech here said they definitely missed it before as it's been like that for a while. So he's fixed the wheel studs, rotated the tires and replaced the rotors (with a credit under warranty for the brake pads!). Yes, that's $225 I didn't really want to spend today. But brakes are super important so we're getting it done and this time, doing it properly. Now there's no squeaking and there's no shaking. My car stops properly!
