After getting towed home on a Sunday, I called and left a message for Alpha Automotive about my situation. The next morning Shannon from Alpha Automotive called me. My Expedition was picked up by a tow truck noon that day. After diagnosing the problem, it was fixed by Wednesday morning. I picked it up that afternoon. I drove the vehicle a few hours to get some errands done and it was stalling (misding) a little. Thursday morning I took it back to Alpha, they put it on the diagnostic machine, in an hour they had fixed my vehicle, and I was back on my way. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

From the start, Danny covered all bases by asking me the right questions and verifying the tire size and make that were compatible with my vehicle. He ended up provided me a better (and safer) solution within my budget. When I finally showed up at the shop, he along with rest of the staff showed me the same patience and attentiveness throughout my on site experience. The staff is extremely polite and waste no time, they move at lightning speed. He is a business owner who really cares about people, his staff (I respect owners who treat their staff well), and providing HONEST service and quality products.
