valueGLASS came to our home this morning. They said they would arrive between 8:30am -9:00am so I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived at 8:45am and even apologized for not being here sooner. We had Charles Groves as our technician. He was so polite, professional and quick. I want to pause to note that I find these rare attributes in people I give my business to so I was just so happy to have someone who was so great at their job. The new windshield looks great but not only that, Charles found a way to also fill in 2 chips on our other vehicle, in between the steps of installing our windshield. I asked him on a whim if he could manage doing the chips snd he made it work, even though he had a tight schedule and we didn't plan on him filling in the chips, originally. He was so quick and was respectful and mindful of the fact that I had to leave for work on time. The price I paid for the work was well worth it. Wonderful service when I had a chip in my windshield. GOT a chip at 1 pm and by 5 pm Charles was at my door other with his Southern Charm. Apparently insurance pays for chip repair even if one has a $500 deductible for a comprehensive policy. I called 6 different locations to get my windshield replaced, and valueGLASS was not only the cheapest in the area (by a LOT), but the only one to get back to me immediately with a quote. I scheduled an appointment last week, and they were able to get me in within two days. They said it would be an hour and a half wait time, and I only waited an hour for the full repair. She also double checked before hand that it was the right windshield since there were so many options (over 40, and they did get the right option). I have to say I experienced the most unprofessional customer service I have encountered and the crazy part the person that was the most disrespectful person turned out to be the owner. The first visit one of the windows was shipped broken ok things happen out of their control so set up another visit owner ordered another window ok cool so most compitant people would be like ok had mishap with first window gonna make sure they got it right but NOPE!!! Wrong so we show up for second visit and we here well I checked S/n and said it was good but in reality he ordered rather than be a man about it and admit he ordered the wrong window he blamed shipper and then when we called him out on what he could have done to not waste his time and ours continued to blame shipper and then got defensive like a child and this is the owner and same person that ordered 2 passenger side windows but didn't feel apologetic at all and his secretary got defensive too and this is how you run a buiseness to paying customers who held up our end of the bargain but they felt other wise this was the most horrible and disrespectful buiseness I have ever encountered and I would never ever ever ever want anyone to go to this eatablishment and spend your hard earned money and recieve the kind of treatment that we encountered so go at your own risk!!! read more
