Stopped in today 30 minutes before closing and still received amazing service! I had concerns I thought my windshield had a crack. Troy kindly assisted me and shared with me details about my windshield and rest assured I did not have crack simply a scratch on my windshield. His quick bit of knowledge saved me a day of PTO at work and his honesty saved me money, I felt like someone could've told me it was a chip and I would've paid to have it filled. His honesty was appreciated, I will definitely do business here in the future if I have chip and I recommend this place to others. read more

There was a mix up when my windshield was changed with the software for my car. I had to go to the dealer to fix it. However, Pam went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of when I arrived at the dealer. She really went above and beyond for customer service. read more

In and out in less than 2 hours. Replaced a huge sheet of glass on my vehicle. Originally tried to get Safelite to do it but they couldnt figure it out after scheduling an appointment for weeks in advance. Upon hearing the bad news, I called Auto Glass Plus and they booked me for the next day. Safelite quoted me $900 and Auto Glass Plus squared me away for less than $300 read more

It doesn't look like much. It's waiting area is pretty outdated and unfortunately interesting. Customer service is spot on, fast quick and reliable service. Fair prices and no hassle. A neighbor took my window out with a rock and his lawn mower. They got me taken care of super quick, and they were helpful and easy to work with. My window is fixed and they got the glass ordered fast. read more

Just called for a quote extremely unfriendly female answering phones, unhelpful and rude.

I can still see the dent on my SUV windshield where the rock hit. Guess that can't be fixed. Oh well it was easy to see them, cracks fixed and not spread. Good several overall. read more

Had a great experience here. Work was done quick and you can't tell the difference between the factory windshield and my new one. Price was the best I found in Kitsap, less than half the price of the other places and I didn't have to go through insurance. Total cost was less than what I would have paid for my deductible anyway. read more

Great service, excellent quality product. Installed while I waited. Better than I thought. Don't hesitate to let them fix your windshield.

Price is great, and are able to get you in right away. The problem is the follow up after. Our windshield was rattling on the way home from picking it up. Called right away and was told for them to fix their own faulty work, we had to make an appt, and they had none open. What!?! Still waiting for a call back to get it in and fixed right. read more

Our window cracked all the way across, they got us in within two days. They were extremely kind, responsive, and very well priced. I would highly recommend. read more

A truly awful experience. Worked on the mechanism to raise and lower my car window for 3 hours and couldn't fix it. Then they wanted to charge me for the labor. When I said I didn't think I should pay for the labor since they couldn't fix the problem, they slapped my door panel together, broke the snaps that hold the panel in place, put the mechanism parts into the trunk, tore the vapor barrier, and left out the screws that hold the motor to the regulator. I had to pay to replace the screws and my expensive, form fitted vapor barrier is now held together with duct tape. This is a business better left to mature before they get new customers. I recommend strongly against going there. read more

Not my favorite place in town. Safelite is much cheaper, and better customer service. Definitely not recommended. read more

Excellent costumer service! I had the front windshield replaced on my VW Golf. The staff are friendly, understanding, and cooperative. My total price was $315.23 as compared with an quote I got from another auto glass repair for $460.00. I wasn't sure weather I wanted the sunshade or not so they ordered both windows for me to look at and decide which I wanted. They got me in the same day I called and while I was waiting offered me some birthday cake they were sharing. This business does quality work with a family owned feel and guarantees all of their work for life. I will definitely be coming back here in the future if I should have too. read more

The team at the front were super friendly. They were able to schedule two of our fleet vehicles to come in for the very next Monday. We were wondering what the cost would be for a side window replacement because it was for an older car, but they beat our assumption by a large amount of money, which we were very pleased with. When it came time to take them in, the staff at the front were courteous and stated that they would let us know as soon as when it was done. Just a few hours later both vehicles were ready to go. Great timing, especially because we needed those vehicles for our employees to get to emergency calls. They even gave us a quote at the same time as pick up, for another of our vehicles to have a windshield replaced. We will continue to take our fleet here and advise our staff to do the same. They treat their customers well and are very timely with their installations. read more

They quoted a 2 hour time frame for the replacement and it was done in 2 hours and 5 minutes. My car looked like it did when I bought it.The employees seemed helpful and caring. It was a real pleasure doing business with them. read more

Excellent customer service and very kind to this senior lady. Quick professional service. 2015 Mazda SUV windshield was cracked by a tree and not it looks wonderful. Definitely recommend to everyone. read more

I have had window tinting for two premium vehicles done here. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price! This is a local "independent" shop which makes them loyal to you not to an insurance company. They do accept all forms of insurance though and will work with your insurance company to get your auto glass repaired. The quality of the work and the caliber of the people here make it really easy to support this local small business. I recommend this place to friends and family without hesitation. read more

I live out of state but have gone here three times while visiting Bremerton. First time was to replace a window in a Lexus, the second time was to replace a back door window in a motorhome and the 3rd time was to have chips in a motorhome windshield repaired. The customer service is excellent and their prices are less than the larger outlets. The last time I visited (July 2015) I had paid for the repair when the tech noticed a second chipped area. I went in to pay for the 2nd chip repair and the receptionist told me no extra charge!!! read more

I wanted to give feedback on my recent use of this business. My 2018 BMW had a crack in the windshield and I was hoping to find business in Kitsap to replace. After researching, chose Auto Glass Plus. I requested OEM windshield and parts. Due to new technology, also needed recalibrated. After install, had error messages that were calibration related. Troy requested I take to BMW and have checked. BMW was able to correct the issue and Troy from Auto Glass Plus covered the cost! Would definitely recommend this business. read more

My Jeep was sprayed with gravel by a semi speeding through a WSDOT road work area getting new pavement. I ended up with 5 pits - couple of which were not repairable. I called the Jeep dealer and asked about replacing the windshield. They said they did not do that work and recommended Auto Glass Plus. I had had a side window replaced there 25 years ago and was happy with their work then. I called and got a very knowledgeable person (Amy) who was able to confirm they had a windshield on hand and scheduled an appointment within about 2 minutes. Something came up and I asked to postpone my replacement for a day and they were very accommodating. They started and completed the replacement exactly when they said they would. The job was accomplished by a seasoned technician and looks great. I would not hesitate to get any of my glass work done here. read more

Went in for a new windshield. The staff there were very friendly, helpful and informative with my needs for my car. It was nice to see other things they do there then just replacements. They can fix rock dings, tint your windows, and can replace your parts that make your side windows go up and down. Very happy with their work and prices. Will go back for sure. :) read more

I shopped around for a window replacement AND tinting. They could get me in quickest. I got there and they saved me over $200 by fixing the window when no other place would fix it. They found d the solution and we're able to take of same day. If I ever have window and tinting issues I will be back! read more

Unfortunately my experience with them was not very good. The staff was very friendly but we had a HUGE miscommunication in regards to our insurance covering the windshield replacement on my car. My mother and I were told, after she and the two ladies behind the counter spoke to the insurance people, that we could put in a claim for the replacement. Therefore our insurance would cover the cost. Since the cost would be less than the $500 deductible. Well later come to find out that wasn't correct. We couldn't put in a claim because IT WAS LESS. If it had been $500 or more than we could have put in a claim I guess. The Auto Glass Plus people neglected to tell me this until my car was done. Then the guy had the nerve to say to me, "You didn't know that?" So I wound up having to pay $250.01 out of my own pocket. Needless to say I was very frustrated and disappointed with this whole encounter. I won't be going to this particular location anytime soon read more
