This review is specifically for their Tech Services, which I think might also be referred to as their Pro Install. All their interactions and communication is considered confidential and so reviews are not allowed by them, unless authorized by them. I got permission to post this review. Authorization Number PPA2020013001. Sometimes I will put a Pro and Con section on a review, but I don't have any Cons to mention, and so just a single list. 1. All the installations done were perfect. 2. Questions were asked on my preferences for the installation. 3. Good communication exists from start to finish. 4. Friendly, nice, and very knowledgeable. 5. Attention to detail. 6. Good price. 7. Went beyond and setup video doorbell and other cameras features and settings. 8. Insured. 9. Background check done on installers. 10. TV positioning is perfect. 11. Smart doorlock works flawlessly. I must admit that I thought less was involved for these installs, but there were details that were payed attention to and things that I never would have thought of, or known about. Now I know what I thought was a good job by a past installer, of another company, for TV mounting, was actually not done well, and unsafe. I know that only now after seeing what was done by Bizact. Truly professional. If I had not witnessed what Bizact's installer did, I would have never known the TV mounting was not done well by someone else, and not secured properly. I gained from having multiple smart technology items of same brand installed, as it got me automatic discounts from Bizact. That was nice. Did not have to ask for it. Install of the smart doorbell and other camera devices were done well. Angling and position of the devices were excellent. It helped very much having someone have an eye for location of camera. Extra work wood work was done to make sure the smart lock fit, and was truly level and resistant free. I plan on installing a few more Smart Technology devices, and so I definitely will use Bizact's Tech Services again. Well done, and thank you. I was very satisfied and I was more than happy to tip the installer. Also, I was thankful for the care given about my environment and the taking off of the shoes.

Take your business elsewhere do not let them bait and switch you and hold your dream hostage for more money to supposedly ever complete the project and shift that blame back on the client as if you made new-on changes.
