I got his name online (along with 2 others who didn't return my calls until several days later). We have a very large and high 2 story home. When he got up on the roof he told us he had to replace 5 shingles. He had to go to Lowe's for the replacements. The repair took about an hour, but his travel time and getting the shingles was about another hour. He also inspected our very large roof and siding. Everything (shingles, repair and his time at Lowe's included) came to $135 which we considered EXTREMELY reasonable. We expected to pay a lot more. Dennis was very thorough and a really pleasant person to deal with. He was in no rush to finish and we are very satisfied. He is most definitely on our recommended list and would use his services again in a heartbeat.

I purchased an older home in 2017 and the siding did not look bad but 6 years later I noticed lots of problems. My biggest problem was it was always so cold in my home. I had a few windows replaced and the attic insulated but that did not really help. When the windows were replaced I noticed significant deterioration underneath the siding and asked the contractor about it. He told me it happens and replaced the windows but did not reframe them. I thought about selling my house to avoid dealing with the problems. I had three different companies give me an estimate for the siding. The first was way too expensive. The second company Cherry Roofing and Siding in Cherry Hill, gave me a competitive quote but were unable to do the job. . I later found out that the company is having internal problems and they are not doing a great job for many of their clients. I was very fortunate that they never touched my house. I almost gave up, but then I decided to use the Better Business Bureau. I found American Construction. They have an A+ rating. They are also located in Cherry Hill. When I called I was able to talk to one of the owners Gregg. I told him about my negative experiences with the other companies and he promised me nothing but integrity. Gregg kept his promise, his team was incredible. As I said earlier my house is old and had lots of deterioration underneath the siding and because the siding was poorly installed there was also some water damage. I expected the final price to be more than the original quote, but it was well worth it. American Construction replaced all of the damaged plywood, gave me new insulation , framed the windows and put on James Hardie siding. Not only did they restore my house, they were quick and professional. They started on Monday and by Thursday the project was finished. Friday they came back and cleaned up, placing all of my personal items back in their original spots. Doing something this major on your house can be very stressful and inconvenient. . American Construction took all my stress away and I did not suffer any inconvenience at all.. I feel like I have a brand new house. I feel so much better about living here now that I know what is going on underneath the siding. I have peace and joy about my home because of American Construction. TOM helped us design our windows and we got exactly what we wanted without having to settle. The customer service I received was outstanding. They kept me updated on the progress of my order. Installation day was a breeze! TOM the contractor/installer was a professional. They showed up on time and the first thing they did was put clean tarps down to keep my stuff clean. He walked across my grass which Jackie says is against company policy. He also did not wear booties, again which Jackie said is a violation of company policy.
