BEWARE!!! Park at your own risk At Value!!! FALSE ADVERTISING: Secure fencing, a surveillance system, and people with eyes like hawks. Safe & Secure Newark Airport Parking Dishonest as the day is long, I'm not sure how they can even live with themselves after they "stole" my car and blew the motor then lied to my face. I instantly knew they were lying when I went to retrieve my car, telling me the car had a dead battery, when the battery was less than 2 months old and had a complete charge. Your story made no sense, cars do not blow up while parked!!! All your actions were you trying to cover up what had actually happened. Then they continued to lie when called the next day and were asked to check the surveillance tapes, again beware, their cameras are not for the consumers benefit but for their own! I did not let up until these guys were caught and lied to insurance investigators, now they can live with it! read more

I've always used Avistar on McClennen (sp?) before they were bought by Spot. Haven't had the need for long term parking in a little while but when we booked a family vacation we did a little research on deals and found Value Parking. To be honest I didn't have high expectations based on my experience in the past with Avistar and the fact that it was cheap. I love good customer service and these guys exceeded my expectations and made me glad I went there. I will go back again for sure, and tell anyone I know who is planning on long term (or short term I suppose) to go there. Polite, clean, efficient...everything you want but rarely get . We were greeted by friendly people who wanted to help. They moved along quickly and didn't waste any of our time. They even waited for me at the terminal when I was running late instead of taking off and making ME wait. Great service. Love to see that!!! read more

I have taken these shuttles to the airport before, but none as efficient with better customer service than Value Parking. When we arrived, they greeted us warmly and loaded are bags into the van immediately. We were on our way to the airport in under 5 minutes. More impressively, when we arrived back in Newark a week and a half later, the shuttle picked us back up within about 5 minutes of our call. Upon arriving back at their lot I noticed my car was already pulled out waiting for me. I paid and we were on our way home in under 5 minutes. All said, we touched down in Newark at 12:45, and I was driving off of the Value Parking lot by 1:40, an amazing accomplishment when flying international. Because they are new, they have nice new vans and seem eager for customers. Both drivers were young and friendly, and all of the staff is excellent. read more

Jim is the owner-operator of this establishment which is literally 2-3 minutes from the main terminals at Newark Airport. In the middle of one of the worst winters in the area, after a week away and a flight that got us back after midnight, they had my car ready, cleared of snow, running and warm. Their pickup van was no more than a 5-min wait and -- here's the clincher -- when Jim found out I had a flat tire from a slow leak, he informed me, and told me days before my return that there was no way he'd leave me with a flat tire. I still had to get it fixed the next day, but he made sure I had enough air pressure to get me home -- 40 mins away. For all the above reasons -- I cannot recommend Value highly enough. After reading reviews for long term parking at Newark Airport, I chose Value Parking and I'm so glad I did! The lot was very easy to find. When we arrived it only took about a minute to get the paperwork completed and receive the instructions for pickup upon return. Our bags were loaded into the shuttle and we were on our way to the airport in a very short time. When we returned home I followed the clear instructions on the card and texted our pickup location. The shuttle arrived in about three minutes and were we on our way back to the lot. My car was waiting for us at the gate and our bags were loaded while I took care of the payment. I found it very easy to get back to the NJ Turnpike. I will definitely use Value Parking again in the future. Highly recommend. read more

Showed up for reserved spot. unfortunately I was running behind for my flight and didn't have time to argue. As I pulled into the lot I was approached and asked if I could be helped. I stated I had a reservation and was promptly told the lot was full regardless and I would have to park at the airport. ....at $40 dollars a day. I had prepaid for the reservation as well. I was not allowed into the lot. Had to park at the airport at the cost of $400 to me and did not receive a refund until I called after returning from my trip. This place is like every other "budget" solution. When it works... works well enough. When it doesn't, prepare for nothing. You get what you pay for. Will not park here again. read more

I have now parked at Value Parking for at least the 3rd time, and a consistently high standard has been maintained. Those that work on-site, drive the shuttle, etc. are helpful, friendly and efficient, from the the time of arrival through return to pick up my car. The time involved leaving for the airport and getting picked up is brief, my car is always ready upon return and all seem to go out of their way to ensure this is a pleasant experience. I have previously parked at a good number of other lots, but have not experienced the consistency or helpfulness to the same degree anywhere else. I plan to continue to use Value Parking and highly recommend it for others. read more

I haven't written many reviews but felt I had to for this company. I was overwhelmed by how friendly and professional all the staff were. We showed up at 4:00am for a 6:00am flight. The staff were so fast getting us checked in, luggage into the shuttle, and getting us to the airport, (which was less than 10 minutes away), we had so much time to kill! They were waiting for us at the airport upon our return after I called when we got off the plane. And our car was waiting for us upon arrival at the lot. I highly recommend Value Parking for your long term parking needs. Great staff, fast, friendly and courteous. Oh and car was in perfect shape when we picked it up. read more

Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Checkin was quick and we were shuttled to the airport with in minutes. We were given a business card with clear instructions on how to contact them once we landed. They arrived to pick us up within 10 minutes and our car was right there waiting for us. I'm ssooooo glad I chose Value Parking!!! I made a 4:30am reservation, but didn't arrive until closer to 5am, and everything was a breeze. Was on vacation for 5 days recently, and didn't want to pay the airport parking lot prices. Upon my return, it was great seeing my car waiting for me, nose out and trunk open. After a quick check-out, I was on my way home. The employees were pleasant and efficient, and I didn't have to wait long for the van to pick me up. Used to park with the old company that was on this property.. Wish they never left. Saw the reviews and figured I give these guys a try. Price was right. Well..... you get what you pay for. Waited 20 minutes for a van. Other companies kept driving by... They could not find my keys. Driver sat in van when I got out. No help with my bags... The ride to airport was fine. I used Value Parking the last time I flew out of Newark so I am using them again. They are friendly,offer lots of extra services (that you can pay for if you want them) and the service was great. They took me to the airport as soon as I got there. I purchased the extra service of getting the car delivered to the airport and it came within ten minutes from when I called(maybe less). I wish I had found them sooner. I spent so much more parking at the airport lots. read more

Couldn't have been happier. The lot was easy to locate, well lit, and secure. The building and transport vans were exceptionally clean, and the staff was unbelievably friendly and courteous (especially for 4am!). Calling to order a pickup when we arrived home was equally as pleasant: a friendly staff member answered the phone, gave us our simple directions, and the van arrived within 5 minutes. Parking is very close to the airport. Very professional and courteous staff. We got help for both loading and unloading our baggage. We were advised to take a picture to avoid last minute problems. On arrival at Newark airport, we had to just text them with a customer id with the terminal number, instructions for pickup on the card itself, making it easy to reach the spot.Prompt service. Everything was very quick and easy. I reserved my drop off time online. And when I arrived, they put my bags in the shuttle and they parked my car while I handled the paperwork. Then got on the shuttle and immediately went to the air port with no problems... when I returned, I called them and they came right out and picked me up. My check out time was 12 am. I called at 23:47 for pick up. No one came until 00:05, we get to V.P. at 00:15. Instead pro-rating the 15 minutes or just knocking it off since I was not picked up for almost 25 minutes. Value Parking charged me for a "FULL DAY" $7.95 also charged the extra $2.00 for a large vehicle. Will be flying out of Newark on a regular basis will "NOT" be parking at Value Parking.
