Perfect, the least stressful part of my trip, checked in, the bus grabbed us as soon as we took our suitcases out, and as long as you're following the directions on the website, it's super simple to get picked up, and they'll even drop you off in the row you parked in! I wish there was a parking lot like this in every airport! read more

When we arrived at 6am the shuttle was next to our car, we parked for 5 days, we waited 6 minutes for the return shuttle that dropped us next to our car. It appeared safe. It was convenient and would use again in the future read more

Flying out of Newark? This is the best airport parking off site. I've used them for many years and it got so much easier! Scan the code from your phone on check in and they read your license plate when you leave. No phone fumbling on exit! read more

great location and great people working here fast shuttle service and reasonable price

First time using off airport parking at EWR and overall, a great experience. We prepaid online and reserved our spot a week in advance. I made a free account and received a full day of parking for free. Pros: easy drop-off, park and go (with keys), large lot, transparent pricing and policies, friendly staff, and offer valet service. Cons: lot gets crowded, $5 surcharge /day for larger vehicles, shuttle is by request only (can take up to 15 mins for it to arrive), shuttle to airport takes 10 - 15 mins (with pickups and drop-offs), cars can be double parked. We luckily parked near the central hub upon arrival, and caught a shuttle almost immediately. Although it took us about 15 mins from the lot to Terminal C, we had a painless experience before our trip. During our return, I called Victoria's shuttle number after receiving our checked luggage. It came 12 mins after we called. Very impressed - but luckily it wasn't cold out. After getting back to Victoria parking, the shuttle dropped us off right at our vehicle (pro tip: remember the letters/numbers of where you park). We noticed they had double parked an SUV in front of our vehicle. Thankfully, the shuttle driver confirmed that they had the customer's key and promptly moved the vehicle so we could leave. Will use again. read more

Worst pick up experience ever we spent 40 min waiting for a shuttle. There girl working the night shift was rude didn't care I called her twice and know ever showed up read more

Very easy to book and convenient parking along with pickup and drop off at the airport. Things to note. If you have a reservation pull it up and scan it at the entrance to get your ticket. They will drive around the aisles to pick you up from your car, but I recommend if you're close enough walk to the trailer and load up your stuff and get a seat. Also the ticket doesn't have a phone number so you might have to take a note of the number to call them for the pickup at the terminal. Other than that, this is pretty efficient and economical. read more

3 minutes from the airport and quick service at departure and arrival. Highly recommend.

Easy access and prompt transport to airport. Return was efficient with quick airport pickup and easy checkout.

Close to terminal. Narrow width entry. Prepay for best rate. Bus drivers do a great job driving around the lot to pick up passengers. Drop off stops can lengthen getting to your car for existing the lot. Quick & easy. Reliable. read more

Amazing place to park your car left for 2 weeks and everything was good.Great driver everything was good

I really like how friendly the staff are, thank you for your work! Very good prices, as soon as you park your car, you never have to wait long for the shuttle. I recommend it ‍ read more

Had a great experience parking here in August for our family vacation. About 12 days total. Very reasonable rate. Parking seemed safe/fenced and monitored and no issues for us. Shuttle to the airport super fast. Return shuttle also no problem; just have to call dispatch and follow directions. Short wait. Very courteous drivers. read more

Gave 3 stars because the shuttle service is beyond slow! Every time we arrive back into Newark at least 20-25 minute wait. You will see about 5 yellow shuttles before Victoria. My kids want us to change lots bc as stated we always park out of habit. read more

We had no major issues, looks rough but it's fine. I will say if you prepaid, don't take a ticket when you get there.

Not worth it. Pay $3 more for The Spot. You will wait 10 min to get picked up at your car when you park and then 30 min at the terminal when you arrive. This is the 3rd trip they have left me waiting. The Spot shuttles circle constantly, corporate parking, even EWR. DO NOT USE if you're in any sort of time sensitive situation at all (like flying). read more

Absolutely perfect. I prepaid online for a 13 night stay. The QR code worked perfectly and I was able to enter the lot and park my own vehicle. The shuttle driver drove to my car and picked me and my luggage up. I ended up coming home a day early. When I returned to Newark and picked up my bags I ordered a pickup from the airport. By the time I got to the pickup spot the shuttle was waiting for me. It immediately returned to Victoria Parking and dropped me off by my vehicle. It was great being able to park my own vehicle and not have to leave my keys. Again I scanned my QR code and exited the parking area. Much to my surprise when I received my credit card statement Victoria Parking refunded me the cost of one night's parking on my credit card. I never expected that. read more

Horrible. First time parking with Victoria (parked at Jiffy many times previously with great service). Traveling with two kids - on the way to the airport, the shuttle left without picking us up, and on the way back they left us waiting for 30 minutes while one shuttle sped by us and another came, picked up a few people who had arrived at the bus stop after us , and told us the shuttle was full. Unacceptable. Run more shuttles. Or bring back Jiffy. read more
